After being left in same spot in the middle of winter for two weeks w out being started etc it was in worse shape that when it was brought there! They said they couldn't get the key to work.... what? ... that I gave them the wrong key! Ummmm I have one car this make and yet I apparently brought them a different key, one that wouldn't open or start my car?? Then ( with the WRONG KEY ) they miraculously diagnosed it and they said I should junk it and that it couldn't be repaired but they could just get rid of it if I wanted to just leave it there with them... all WHAT??? My tow guy said there were NO FOOTPRINTS IN THE SNOW TO THE DRIVERS DOOR WHERE HE PARKED IT BEFORE HE LEFT IT AND NONE WHEN HE PICKED IT UP! Why lie? Since my experience all I hear are horror stories about that place! Upon picking up the car in the morning (after 16 days of it being there) my towing guy dropped it off at another place and by the close of business the following day it was completely fixed, engine, alternator, oil and fluids changed and a new battery, a new wiper blade AND inspection sticker on it for under $500.00! And with the SAME WRONG KEY I GAVE TWO JOHNS... imagine that. -12 stars if I could!

They replaced the alternator and we went to go pick it up, but then the car wouldn't start when we were ready to leave. Jeff right away came and checked things out and realized that there may have been an issue with the alternator that they installed. They kept it for a few hours and realized that the part was bad. Not their fault. They were amazing about checking everything else that could have been the issue and realized that it was a faulty part and had things done and the battery charged and replaced the faulty alternator with a new one and had the car ready in just a few hours. They were very caring and nice and apologetic for the issue even though it was not their fault and didn't charge us for the additional work and part they installed. How often do you have a mechanic apologize to you? Can't recommend them enough.

Then they proceeded to lie to me and tell me ice caused the damage and not the wire from their wench. refused to even contact their insurance. they hitched not more than 10 inches from the damage the wire line crosses over perfectly where the bumper dented and popped off. disrespectful and unprofessional. not honest people not an honest company. We dealt with Calvin, mostly, although the whole team is great. After the experience with Zelda, we also returned to get my stupid accident on my 2022 Prius taken care of (I literally left the hatch back up and tried to back out of the garage). Not a huge deal, but a total pain; and the Champion team took such great care, got the car fixed, record time, no issues, insurance happy and I'm happy. There are a lot of auto body shops - sometimes it feels good to find one that is honest, ethical and timely.
