They filled any holes, sanded all timber work and washed surface prior to painting. I went to the website, looks awesome, it is easy to use and has a cleaning calculator there to help you figure out how long the cleaning should take. I have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. I was able to book for the cleaning online, and I received a confirmation email afterwards with information about my booking and the contact information of the cleaner that was going to clean my house. I booked for Friday, and Alex came and met me at my apartment and I left the keys with him. When I came home from work, my house was spotless! The kitchen was really shiny, and i could tell that Alex had got all the soap scum off from the sink. The kitchen is the messiest in my house, and he had cleaned the stove tops and it was shiny and new again. Every inch of my house was immaculate and I was really happy to see the bathroom and shower all nice and clean. Alex' attention to detail was great, and everything on my bathroom bench top was spotless. My carpet's were all fresh and clean, and i was really happy with the service. Alex left the key's in my mailbox as I had instructed, so I didn't have to worry about that. Overall, I was really happy with GetCleanr's service. I had 2 areas of carpet which were in bad need of repair before selling my property. Mr Budget suggested I use carpet from the inbuilt wardrobes, and went about his work. I have to confess I did not think that both areas could be repaired. The first one was the rotten carpet - quite a large section. You can not see the repair! It is quite amazing. The second one which I agreed on due to the success of the first, has made the carpet look almost new. I am absolutely delighted (and no I am not related in any way to the owner of this business). I have also written an email to the owner of the business and would be happy to talk to any prospective customers who may have the same concerns as I did going into the repairs. Recommended!

So he was able to give a very detailed written report of his inspections, along with recommendations about how issues might be addressed in the future. But his real differential is his video. He records video and audio commentary as he goes around the building, so you have a record of his observations and recommendations that corresponds to the physical locations he's talking about. He can point out cracks, show you how things are connected. He can show you termite damage. He includes thermal imaging. It's really an amazing, full service, and not really for much more than I've paid for a standard building and pest inspection before. He adds some commentary to the start and end of the video, giving you an up-front summary. I've already used selected bits of his video to get a quote for some planned renovations before the builder has even seen it because of Steve's detailed discussion. An excellent service. Highly recommended.
