The worst retail experience I've ever had.
They were friendly and helpful at the beginning - even after we discovered faults with the tiles I purchased.
But as we tried to address the fault, both Tile Living and the tile manufacturer started deflecting and denying responsibility, blaming me, making false accusations, providing inaccurate information, failing to respond to emails and stubbornly insisting on a non-best-practice rectification proposal which would have saved them a few thousand dollars.
In the end, I had to take both of them to the Consumer Tribunal to get fair and adequate compensation. The ruling was in my favour but took seven months of agony to get - which Tile Living could have ended at any time by taking responsibility for their product, as the Tribunal finally forced them to do.
