Capital Luggage is literally across the street from the KiPoint entrance. The small, unassuming shop looks exactly like you see online. It looks like a hole-in-a-wall with tons of yellow signage. When we arrived, deposit was super simple. The charge was less than KiPoint and it was flexible about pick up. Really, we could drop our bags and retrieve them anytime before 7pm, I believe. The thing we liked most with this hotel was the really nice roof top terrace where the breakfast was served. You could also enjoy a cold Italian beer here in the evenings. It was fantastic to sit outside and just enjoy the summer. Although it was great to sit on the terrace for breakfast, the breakfast in itself was not so super great. It was too many sweet things for my taste - cakes, sweet croissants etc. and not so many other choices. The hotel offered free Wi-Fi which is always good, especially for tourists like us. Also on the minus side was that our extra bed was broken, but we got it replaced the next day. Also the AC stopped working one night but after a telephone call to the reception they fixed it promptly. The staff were always friendly and service minded.

The hotel entrance doors have a code/key at night because the concierge is off after 7-8pm or so. There's a restaurant right below us so their patio chairs extend right to the edge of the hotel doors. Which is quite an experience every time we walk in and out. Bed was comfy but shower is super tight. Somewhat common in Europe for the actual shower stall to be separated from the lavatory. Zero amenities. More of a hostel/Airbnb feel. Cabs and cars couldn't really get into this square because of the tight & narrow streets of Rome. I would still stay in central Rome again but would cautiously pick our next hotel.

Also, it sucked that at certain times of the day, the water was cool and wouldn't warm up. The beds were sleepable especially after a long day of walking around The elevator was really small and if it wasn't closed just right, it wouldn't move. This made for some long waits. However, I thought the elevator was charming. I also loved that the bedroom windows didn't have screens so it was nice open air. We would sit in a chair near the window and read books. I left an item in my room upon check out and they held on to it for me until I could return to Rome and retrieve it. The breakfast was excellent. It was the best that we had while visiting Italy.
