I was warmly greeted by the most gorgeous young woman with hair like an electric mermaid, all orange and black and bouffant bigger than our 60s best. Absolutely stunning! She peered at me with so much care and suggested the chia pudding. Exactly what I need. And it was! Little chia bubbles in the creamiest coconut mousse with mini mint, strawberries and baby pansies, drizzled with burnt maple. Oh my. So perfect - just the thing to set up my day. I ate slowly, savouring each comforting mouthful while I read The Age. I like the quiet focused service in here. Nothing fancy in decor just clean and sharp but the menu shows care.
