There were times it took longer than I felt necessary to have the call bell answered. The toilet plugged 2 times during his stay and the second time it was reported numerous times. I would have thought the smell alone would have gotten their attention. Always replied they would tell maintenance but did not seem to be a priority. My father had the misfortune of spending the last two years of his life there and was treated horribly. The staff was surly and the supervisors were rude and top management didn't give a damn. And unfortunately, he remained very lucid until the end and just couldn't believe he was being treated so poorly. I just feel sorry for the other residents of HCV who are living a very nice life in their apartments and villas. Eventually they are going to end up in Dujarie where they will get lousy care, will become dehydrated routinely and they will ask them themselves how they ended up in such an uncaring environment after they were treated so well while they were independently living in their apartments other areas of HCV. I strongly suggest St. Paul's!
