I pray things are better for the patients. Three months there was the worst experience of my life. Be very careful in your choice of this place. I could have perhaps sued but didnt. Just one suggestion: please have a way of reporting abuse with someone outside the facility. In my case there was no way I could find someone to report the abuse of the Director Of Nursing, the buck stopped with her. No one knew except her and her team

I have a diabetic friend currently there that doesn't even have a "restricted" diet ....this is very concerning for his health needs, I questioned him about it & he led me to believe there's one Dr. who is responsible for the entire unit? I turned on his light for help twice and it was ignored. He was falling out of his chair . I was able to get him to the door way . I have to walk with a walker and it was not easy to get there. A person from the office came by and saw it and called for help and they came but had she hadn't come by, he wouldn't have been helped. They want him out of there before Medicares 20 days so they can charge more by private pay. I am looking for a better place and have appointments to check the places out before I move him. I wish I had checked this place and he wouldn't have gone there from the hospital. The 2 places I choose were full so this was my third choose. What a mistake.

He is kind, very intelligent & listens to you always. Speak to you in words you can understand. The nurses are the best. Treated me with kindness, & were very professional in their work. i have had 5 surgeries in the last 2 1/2 years. Never have I had bad experiences, felt very comfortable with all the staff. I will always go to Memorial for any kind of surgery I may need. They are the best as far as I am concerned!!!

The sent my father home after being there for two weeks due to a stroke which we fortunately caught in time just for him to have another stroke the very next day after being discharged and unfortunately then passing away. I am a recovering iv drug user who's been clean for over a year, I went to the er for flu symptoms where they put an iv in me but never hooked me up to anything with it and instead let me walk out with it still in my arm. Thankfully I was able to resist the temptation to easily relapse and had a friend take it out. This hospital needs some serious staff training at very least if there was any other one under an hour from my home I'd go. Be careful taking yourself and or love ones there!!!

Only a few weeks into my treatment I am already noticing a difference... I am currently sitting here writing this review without any hint of a headache, which hasn't happened in YEARS without medication. I am hopeful that my further visits here will help me improve even more. Dr. Meyers is the only doctor at this office and she is wonderful. The website does not currently reflect this, but the previous owner retired kind of recently I think. Dr. Meyers is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest and I highly recommend coming in to see her. Also, every single staff member there is great. I think I have had about four different people for my massage therapy portion and they have all been good (front desk lady is also very nice and always remembers my name too!). The staff all seem to love working there which makes a huge difference in the atmosphere. I think this review almost seems like I was paid to write it because it's so over the top enthusiastic, but I swear that I am just a patient who has been very pleasantly surprised by my chiropractor experience! If you are looking for someone, I could not recommend this place enough.

After my grandma had left a complaint about specifically her night nurse, they called her out of her name using foul language. Not only that but there team was rude and unkind to my uncle who was there to see my grandma.

Horrid! How can a skilled facility forget to feed a patient or give them their medication? And then…read moredouble up the dose because they forgot??? Unreal how this facility is run! People in jail get better treatment & care! This facility is AWFUL!!! I honestly don't understand how it is still open!!! I am not only writing this review but contacting the IN board of health! People go to these facilities to get better & recover, not get worse!
