Long version: We had a very disappointing experience with Broward Impact Window & Door. We worked with them to purchase all the windows and doors for a house renovation. During the purchasing process, we worked with Madeline to place the order. We initially communicated by text, which I prefer because it helps avoid misunderstandings and provides a written record. However, she insisted that we review and confirm everything by phone instead. During two separate phone calls, she asked whether we wanted the entrance door to be frosted. Both times, I said no, as the property does not face the street. When the order was delivered, the entrance door was frosted. I immediately reached out to them, but Madeline denied that any mistake had been made. She escalated the issue to her manager, who maintained that the error was ours because the order paperwork - that was sent to us to review - had an acronym indicating a frosted door. We ordered 16 different items, each described with many acronyms that, as a consumer, are difficult to interpret. This is precisely why we relied on their expertise to ensure the written order accurately reflected what was discussed verbally. The owner made no effort to offer a reasonable solution and instead focused solely on assigning blame. When my wife tried to find a solution and asked whether they could fix the issue, the owner told us over the phone it could be corrected for an estimated $200-$300, at our expense. We agreed to that. However, the invoice we later received was over $850, which no longer made sense given the cost of the door. While the issue itself was relatively small, the way it was handled was unacceptable. I would absolutely not work with this company again, and based on this experience, I would not recommend working with them.

It is legal, but he uses another person's license. He is simply a salesman. He meets to get your business and you never see him again. Thls company caused SUBSTANTIAL, unnecessary damage to our property due to their rushed installation and carelessness (photos available) that we had to discover on our own inspection of the installation. We are stuck having to make these repairs. Mr. Benhamou told my neighbor "there's no damage, it was like that". Piles of broken window glass!! They closed out the permit foregoing a final walk-thru to determine descripencies with material and their work. Three non-operational windows with no committment of when they will repair. I am not able to find license for the name of the company they sent to our home for installation. They are not employees of FIP LLC. According to public record, Florida Impact Pro LLC has only been in business for months. August 2025. No BBB rating due to brief time in business and no track record. My husband and I work successfu lly in the real estate and construction contracting business. We have never experienced such an awful installation. When I asked him how come it was so high he said that because I'm only doing one door their crew would be losing time to the company as the crew could be at another property installing more than just a door. Per the contract terms, I was required to make the payments due at each stage -- including the delivery day payment, which brought my total paid to 90% of the $24,378.89 -- or face financial and legal consequences. FDACS public records: On March 2, 2026 I filed a consumer complaint with FDACS, State Consumer Mediator. Last week, on April 28, 2026, Prestige stated to the FDACS Mediator that I had: "inspected, accepted, paid for (in full), and permitted full installation of the product. No timely rejection occurred under the contract terms." BBB public record: However, 7 months earlier under the BBB complaint filed June 30, 2025, Prestige stated in a response on August 11, 2025: "When the client tried to 'reject the delivery', we called the manufacturer and they told us the windows had to be installed for them to look at them." I will now be taking the next legal step, supported by the detailed documentation I have compiled from Prestige's statements, responses and interactions over the past 18 months. My suggestion: Read the full complaints from the BBB (7/30/2025) and the FDACS (3/02/2026) which you can request to view at no cost. Based on the information in those documents and my experience, you can decide whether this is the right company for your project.
