I have used them for all three of my babies. Most recently today. I had ease scheduling my appointment, they fit me in very quickly. The store is clean, my tech was amazingly fun to work with. My husband and I didn't know if we wanted to know the gender, and since my husband wasn't there I didn't want to know until he was there with me! Our tech decided to write a note on our DVD so we could watch it together. It made for a wonderful reveal so that the whole family could watch it together! My kids about died when we found out what we were having! And I'd like to point out, the tech didn't once give away the gender when I was there! Super professional! The room where the ultrasound is preformed is very spacious too! There's a couch! You can bring the whole family and fit them in comfortably. I recommend them whole heartily. I had my gender ultrasound today, and I was absolutely blown away by Stork 4D Imaging Studios. Like many pregnant women, I just could not wait until my 20 week ultrasound at the hospital, so a quick Google search lead me to Stork. It's one of the few times Google has not let me down! The front waiting area is absolutely adorable, very modern, cute, and clean. On a side note, it also smells amazing (random, I know, but something that was memorable for this preggo). We were promptly checked in, filled out one piece of paperwork, verified prenatal care, and were taken back 5 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment (SCORE). The ultrasound room was amazing, super spacious with tons of seating for guests. There were two large screen TVs on the wall across from me, so I didn't even have to turn my head to see the tiny ultrasound screen. Becky, my technician was quite possibly the best part of the visit. She was so personable, sweet, funny, and knowledgeable. My baby was not cooperating at first, but with some gentle techniques from Becky, my little bean was able to flip right over and allow us to determine the gender. I HIGHLY recommend getting the CD-Rom of pictures. It was only $15.00 more but it had over 70 images on it. Plus, they do not copyright the photos, so you can take them to any store to print them out! I absolutely cannot wait to go back for a 3D/4D ultrasound when I'm a little further along. Had such an amazing experience here, my last ultrasound with my doctor were not really sure about the gender, so I came here looking for clarification and boy did I receive it. I found this 4d imaging studio online in order for my husband to see our baby for the first time at 34 wks! Due to covid he was unable to go to our 20 wk ultrasound! He would never say he was sad but I feel dads already have feeling of not being involved during pregnancy. This place was more than I imagined! The tech was so sweet and loving. She really worked hard to get the best pictures of our sweet baby! We also were able to get a stuffed animal with our babies heart beat inside, along with digital images,video through dropbox. She also printed us off our ultrasound pictures which was special. When we left the little shop inside the store had such cute baby announcement items, baby clothes, and accessories which usually you can only find on etsy, or amazon. We received a sweet free gift of formula and a baby diaper bag as well which added to the sweet surprise! I am having twins and was told that I was having a boy and a girl, turns out at my 20w appointment with my doctor it is actually 2 boys. I went back here and she confirmed that she made a mistake, but by then we had already revealed everything to our families so I was kind of crushed. This place is great ! We ended up getting there later than our scheduled appointment but she still made time to get us in even though they were going to be closing soon. I wish I remembered her name but our tech was so nice and awesome! We didn't feel rushed and it was so nice being able to see our baby on the US. We just recently had our gender Reveal and got the same results here as we did from our doctor at our 20 week anatomy scan. My girlfriend found a coupon for a $39 gender determination ultrasound so we jumped at it. That is a lot cheaper than anywhere in the city, and we wanted to know as soon as possible what we were having. She was pretty early in her pregnancy so I was skeptical, but it was an amazing experience. We didn't open the pictures until we got home, and when we did they were pretty dark, and to the uneducated eye just looked like blobs. My girlfriend called and complained, and they were very understanding and nice about it. They were able to get us in the following day for better pictures, and a clear picture of our little boy. All in all I was very pleased. Would have given 5 stars if we didn't have to go back. read more

The place is very nice looking inside and everyone was friendly but I left feeling disappointed with the quality of pictures we were given. Even my parents said they were too blurry and could barely see anything. We went in for gender reveal and no one could even really tell if it was a boy from the pictures. I know my baby was just chilling out and not moving much but I figured in that case there would have been some better photos. I give this place 3 stars on the look of the place and for at least giving me reassurance that the baby was going okay, but I'm not 100% positive on the gender now. read more

I absolutely adore this place. I am from the Washington, DC area and was visiting my best friend to celebrate her finding out the gender of the baby. As we walked in I was immediately impressed about how AMAZING it smelled. I think couldn't get enough about how beautiful it looked inside. I was perfect - lace, bows, ribbon,color coordinated poofs hanging in the corner, baby essentials in cool chevron print. I just loved it. We then went into the sonogram room - WOW - it has big screens with a relaxing dimly light ambiance. it was very family friendly with a big comfy couch and pillows... Also, the bathroom is an awesome color purple (random)! The owner was so kind and soft spoken. She handled my friend with care and love. My baby is now 5 months old but I went to Stork 4D after I did not like the pictures my doctor gave me of my baby's ultrasound, they were not clear at all. The shop is really cute and the ultrasound technician was very nice. She tried to get me really clear pictures and had great gender reveal images. I went back for a 4D ultrasound and my baby was being very difficult and not moving his hand from in front of his face. The technician was patient and took her time trying to get a clear picture again. She had me try different positions and eventually she was able to get a good picture of the little guy. We also really love the heartbeat elephant we bought there and used it in our maternity pictures. It's now in my sons nursery. read more

I rarely review, but I had to take the time to review Stork 4D because of the great service. On route to our appt, we encountered accident traffic and the woman working (I am mad I didn't catch her name) offered to stay and wait for us even though the GPS said we would be 45 minutes late. We decided to reschedule in respect of her time for the next day. She was so happy and excited and it made me feel excited that I will meet my baby soon. I had the heartbeat session, which was quick and you have a large selection of animals to choose from, and you get to bring it home same day. This was worth the drive from Chicago and I have a memorable piece of my baby to keep always. read more

The 2 stars that I am giving are because of the nice environment and the friendliness of the staff. The rest of my experience was not so good. The picture quality was awful, just awful: about 75 pictures, all of them very distorted and blurry. My pictures from the hospital, 10 days prior to my app. at Stork, were so much better and clearer. I feel like I wasted my money on that. I would love some clearer photos of my baby but will not go back for unnecessary scanning just for the sake of it. The other thing was that my appointment was so fast that I didn't even have time to process the whole experience. I was 5 min early, but was rushed in, as if I was 30 min late, and before I was even laying on the table comfortably, the tech, who was nice, but rushing (obviously she was behind schedule) was telling me the gender. read more

Yes, the place is nice and roomie but I was disappointed with the photos I got, which to me is more important than how the place looks... none of them are zoomed in enough and most of them are blurry...I don't know if the machine is outdated but I have seen other people's ultrasound pics from week 31 or 32 and you can clearly see everything and you can even tell who the baby looks like. The technician kept saying "aww look at this, look at that" but honestly even there I couldn't see clearly, let alone in the pics. I am actually surprised that this place has 5 stars, but looks like its all because of the PLACE, not the actual REASON WHY they went there in the fist place. read more

I went to Stork to get a gender reveal ultrasound done since we were having a gender reveal party before the 20 week mark. They could tell the sex right away and she sealed up the results for me and didn't tell me what she saw. She then let me see the baby on the big screen. It was so neat to see her moving around! It was a really relaxed atmosphere and the ultrasound tech was really sweet and excited for us! I recommended my sister go there for her gender ultrasound and she also had a great experience. They have cute stuff you can buy for the baby too. Lots of accessories and such. I added on the teddy bear with the baby's heartbeat for only $25. Overall, great experience and would recommend to anyone! read more

We found out the gender of our baby here yesterday with their gender determination 2-d ultrasound option! I was 16.1 weeks. It was such an amazing experience and I loved that I got to share it with my family all in the room! It was a bit confusing to find the place as they just moved to their Aurora location and the GPS couldn't figure it out but I called and she was very helpful! We arrived and they have a cutie little shop in the entrance with bows and a few gifty items. We proceeded into the room (very large with upholstered seats for everyone and two large TVs to view on) and the tech took some photos, walked us through what we were looking at and BAM told us it was clearly a baby girl! We were all ecstatic and she said she wouldn't say if she wasn't 100% they just reschedule for a later time to get better shots. The whole thing took about 15 mins and we left with a CD of images as well as 2 hard copy images. Overall I would highly recommend!! read more

We went in for a gender reveal at 15 weeks. We were taken in right away and the lady was very nice. We were told we were having a girl. Overjoyed we told family and friends and have received many gender specific gifts. Go in for our anatomy scan four weeks later only to be told it is definitely a boy. As a first time mom I am devastated with the news and wish we had never gotten a gender reveal here before the doctor's, If they weren't sure I would have rather been told to come back in a few weeks when they could be sure. read more

We came in for a gender reveal ultrasound at 19 weeks (you can come here as early as 15 weeks) we kept it a surprise until we went on vacation the following day. Becky (owner & ultrasound operator) sealed it in an envelope for us with 70 pictures of our baby boy on s cd. Although the pictures were not as clear as the ones your get from the doctor, I trusted her experience and loved seeing what our babes looks like. To point out, she was correct in determining the gender. The baby turned towards her so she switched on the 4D as a little bonus so se could see his face. Becky was professional yet personable- she was funny, kind and made the experience better. My husband and I were surprised that the "office" was really busy, we went on a Saturday afternoon. It's decorated nice and the ultrasound room is very cozy. Some people are hesitant to try these places, however, I'd go again! It's worth it if you're impatient like I was! read more

I was here 2 weeks ago to do a gender ultrasound. It was such a good experience!! I brought my mom, aunt and two friends and the room had plenty of space for everyone. I was very disappointed in the picture quality! I am a healthcare provider I do ultrasounds of babies on a handheld machine and get better pictures. That wasn't the worst part but the worst being I don't even think she actually knew the gender she just guessed!!! I hope I am wrong but like I said I've done hundreds of ultrasounds for fun and I saw nothing that looked like boy parts. Then I get on here and see she has been wrong several times on the gender?!?! BEST 4D STUDIO!!!!! AAA++++++ Best experience ever! I went to Stork while I was visiting my family in town and I was so happy to see my baby boy! Not only the studio is beautiful, it has everything!!!! I found my baby's first outfit! And put my baby's heartbeat on a TEDDY BEAR! The scan room is perfect, my whole family was able to come with me and see baby, comfortable sitting and huge TV' screens. Becky was my tech and she made me feel at home, she was so sweet and she made our whole experience fun and unique! Baby was not in the best position and she was able to get really good pictures! Which I was super happy about. I'm super picky about my baby and what I do while pregnant but I have to tell you it was an unforgettable experience. Went in for an early gender reveal ultrasound my friend had given me as a gift. The baby was being as lazy as possible but Becky worked really hard to get the baby to wake up and move around. She never gave up and was able to reveal the baby's gender. She even incorporated conversation about it with my 5 year old who was with us and made him feel included. We will probably be going back to Becky later in my pregnancy for some 4D imaging! read more

i would not recommend this to anyone, the initial session went ok we went for a gender reveal, there was no one at the counter to greet us and then they were 15 minutes late and know one even ccame out to let us know it would be a few minutes. we eended up buying the cd of our session and when we went to print the pictures from it nothing would show up it would say "no media on disk", becky initially was helpful by burning and sending another disk . that disk did the same thing as the first one so i was stuck with 2 disks i couldn't do anything with, when i emailed becky again she suggested she print them for me but was going to charge me for them which is absurd since i already paid for a cd that was not working. when we went into the store she was extremely rude implying it was our fault the cd didn't work. she actually walked out of the room on us and never came back!!!!! she RUINED ou entire experience!!!!!!! read more

I went in for an ultrasound for gender. It was professional but not as nice as I would like. Previously I was given a DVD of the ultra sound. Explained things and even given clear picture of the ultrasound at another locations. I went here today was charged more for something I didn't want but could get access to drive back to return the CD. Which they said was my only option. The pictures were so unclear of the gender results two different doctors are unsure of the results. After all of this, and making sure it wasn't my pregnancy hormones reaction to things. I have been left in tears all day about the unclear results, and felt so un easy with the whole thing, I've actually have doubted my entire pregnancy. Nothing compared to the ultrasounds that I've had at fewer weeks, for less money, that gave me more with clearer shots and more security. Needless to say its rat here ruined our gender reveal party.
