I'm spending all this money on storage for y'all NOT to have a dump to put trash in, no bathroom, no water fountain, you want our ID just to use a dolly, and then can't get anything open cause you don't give extra keys. When we tried to listen to her and tell her that we would keep the noise down - she kept being rude and repeating herself. Then the manager came over and kicked me off the property and wouldn't listen to a thing I said. No questions asked. I knew nothing of the rules and was merely visiting the yard sale. To have someone living in the office who is quick to get an attitude at any noise is unprofessional and to kick a guest off the property who knew nothing of the rules and was merely attending is unprofessional and rude. I would not recommend Eagle Self Storage to anyone.
