Today I stopped by the Coffee Post Net in Bakersfield to mail off a few small items... Well... it seems like the gal staffing the place didn't want to be at work, was kinda rude, and not very polite.... Maybe she needs a jolt of coffee to wake up or something. Based on her attitude I marched out, never coming back here, and am headed to the actual Post Office to probably be treated nicer. We were even expected to give a premium tip for the service. However , within few days of opening the boxes , and use of listed broken items: outdoor patio desk, pair of bar chairs ,HOT WHEEL led Garages of my son, expensive tempur pedic mattress which had a spring broken, with tyre marks on the sheet. When approached to Cross, he did not respond until several mails, and then when he responded he offered a 60 dollar refund for the damaged items way more than was being offred . The tip that was given to his workers was 200, so we expected a premium delivery of service. Instead we got this. Irresponsible and not owning up to his fault. Only to be told to come back at four P.M. mind you I came here at one P.M. I looked at her and I'll look around and there's no other customers besides a printing machine printing orders that she's probably behind on. It doesn't take that long to cut paper. Doesn't matter how much they charge. I needed it done today. Then I proceed to ask her if there's a self cutter for me to use so I could do it myself! It took me less than 6 minutes and I was out the door. The customer service sucks here because it she's not able to do what I'm asking her to do. Another employee should be able to step in and help out and no one seems to know what they're doing. will not be coming here again.
