The product and shipping were ok. My problem is that I searched for a "collapsible wire rack" and foolishly assumed that was what was displayed. I ordered a nice rack and was extremely dismayed to realize that it is NOT collapsible! I spoke with Kiana Young and she stated for the upgrade to FA and and the added light kits would be $546.88 additional "see attachments". So I called in to make my payment for the upgrade. When I called in I spoke with Kim and gave her my card number over the phone for the confirmed amount of $546.88 for the upgrade. After giving them my card number they made an unauthorized charge to my account for $981.19 "see attachments" . WTH, I was furious, I was supposed to be charged $546.88!. When I saw this I spoke with a supervisor named Amber Crow "see attachments" , and she said that they will reverse the transaction which WILL NOT affect my order of FA-3PC-70" case, FA-1PC-48" case and 4 lights, that this mistake was a system error. Then the next day I saw another unauthorized charge for $209.95 "see attachments". WTH, so I canceled my debit card with my bank and disputed the $209.95 with my bank. All of this put me in the negative with my bank. These people are crocks, I'm a single mom that opened a new store with my hard-earned money. I can't believe I experienced this horrific incident with them.. As a business, I record all conversations.. So, each time I spoke with a rep at Store Supply it was recorded.. I'm going to pursue it legally, because this has made a disaster in my overall business due to unauthorized withdrawals, and now I have to wait for a new debit card to come. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. I don't think most people know this (I sure didn't until recently) but when you google search "wholesale suppliers" you aren't actually looking at wholesale companies. The companies that come up first are usually stores masquerading as wholesalers to get your business. I purchased 100 black jewelry boxes (about 3 by 5 inches) with cotton inside for about $23. ONE HUNDRED. a single one of these at Michaels is about $2.50. Talk about some major savings. Plus they have store displays, print custom packaging and stickers, and so much more. Unacceptable, and no Integrity. I ordered several wire walls which don't hook together the way it shows in the picture and some baskets. The baskets were for slat walls, not wire walls. When I tried to return the $28 items, it would be a non-refundable $60. UPS and FedEx all said I should have a return label so I called. The first person said we "could talk about" refunding me $60 when the items arrived, and the second person said they would send me a return label. I did not get the label and "Could talk about it" does not sound reliable. After 2 months of emails, nothing has been solved and I haven't had reply since 11/15. It ended up that they could do that because they sold the house to the relocation company first before we finally bought it from the relo company. *shakes fist* So I had absolutely no idea what the panel was called and couldn't find the darned hooks anywhere. Finally, one helpful Home Depot dude mentioned that the Store Supply Warehouse would DEFINITELY have it. Upon looking at their catalog it seems like they pretty much have the same stuff that's typical of any store supply place (those catalogs were all over the house when I was a kid). I have been told over and over again that a part of my order is being "shipped today." Every day they say it's being shipped today and over a month it's not here. They apparently have a policy of just telling you whatever is most convenient to say. When I ordered a product and it was not properly shipped, I received a refund, but the refund did not include the shipping charge. I had to re-submit my order to get it shipped to me, but I still had to pay the shipping charge again. This means I had to pay double for shipping, only to find out the product was not what I wanted in the first place, so I had to send it back. When I reviewed the return policy, it implied that the shipping charge would be covered, but it wasn't. The customer service is awful and the return policy is even worse. BEWARE!! Was placing my order before 3:00. We are in NJ and there is a warehouse in PA. Normally it's 1 day in transit but if they were to ship out of PA it would be $28.00 and I'd have it tomorrow. I ordered slat wall for the office and received it with two big cracks in the back - one of them looked as if a hole had been punched directly through the slat. They use another piece as a barrier but it had gone too far through and ruined both. I called just to let them know what happened and that we could make it work how it is with damage but just maybe shipping next time may need to be more gentle. Without question they offered to send a new one and it was delivered within two business days. This time no damage! I understand the inconvenience of the first piece arriving broken - however the way the customer service agent handled it made up for the initial mistake! The quality of the display case arrangement I ordered was of good quality and worth the price. HOWEVER, their customer service or lack thereof was a huge disappointment along with the shipping company that they use (Reddaway). The well top register stand was not shipped in my initial order and I had to wait an additional week and a half to receive it. Reddaway failed to deliver in a timely manner and Store Supply Warehouse did little to help in assisting why the delivery kept being delayed. I have been searching for several months for Jewelry Boxes for my small jewelry business, and Supply Store Warehouse was the cheapest I could find by a few dollars. I placed the order online, and got a confirmation notice that my CC payment went through. The next day I received another notice that I needed to call them about my order. When I spoke with the rep, he stated that I had selected P.O. payment and that as a new customer I had to pay with a credit card. He wanted my card information again. I told him I already had a confirmation that my CC was accepted on the site and offered to e-mail THEIR confirmation to him. He said he would have to see a copy of my CC statement with the charge on it. After I requested to cancel the order he offered to look further into the matter and stated that he would call me back in 5 minutes. An hour and a half later, I called THEM back to find out what was going on, and was told the rep I spoke with was working on another problem and would call me back. When I finally spoke to the guy again, he said I had put in my CC number incorrectly, and asked for my card type, which I was fine with giving him. He said it was corrected, and that the order would ship out that day. This was last week. I called today to find out where my shipment was, and why I hadn't received some kind of tracking number, to find out that the guy never ran the corrected CC number through, and so my order never shipped. I've never had such a hassle simply trying to order boxes from a company. I would NOT recommend this company for any supply purchase. You are better paying a few extra dollars to order it elsewhere (like I will be doing) than wasting nearly a week trying to get them to actually process your order. Update: Today (almost 3weeks later) I received a call from a PR rep from the company. She stated that she saw this review and apologized sincerely for my experience. She offered to send me the boxes I was attempting to purchase for free. I've been a customer with them for over 3 years, I order custom bags. The bags NEVER arrive within the 14 business days that they quote. I have to constantly call to get an update. I ordered a glass retail display case, and when it got here the shelves were not included in the delivery. So I called and they sent out the shelves no questions asked. Then when the shelves did arrive, they were completely broken and I called and sent them a picture of my delivery and again they sent out more, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. After I received 4 packages via UPS I was very unhappy with Store Supply Warehouse, Inc. and cancelled my order and wrote a bad review on them due to the way things were handled an the shipping and receiving end. Then 4 pkgs. came delivered with the sides and ends out and parts down to small screws and even the poles for the Z-Racks coming out the ends of the boxes. They wanted to ship them again and I told them it just was not working out since 4 boxes on 2 separate shipping orders came the same exact way. I even emailed them pictures of the boxes and how they were received. I asked to cancel and give me a refund. Then MATT D. called me and he wanted to know how they could fix this and if I needed the items. Well, I did want them but I had been searching for another place to order them off the internet. Then he said he would ship them to me again via FedEx and see if the shipping carrier would make a difference and so he did that and we both agreed we would inspect the packages first and if they shipped ok then we would let him know and he would bill my cc again. The boxes arrived today and they are very well packaged this time and arrived with no holes or ends torn open on them. Matt said that they were giving me my order for Free. I have been ordering from this company for 5 years. Recently one of the products I ordered broke. I noticed it had a warranty, but I dreaded contacting Store Supply because it seems like these days when anyone has an item under warranty a battle ensues to get things taken care of. Don't know why I worried. Not only did Store Supply EASILY send a replacement, they did so without grilling me, questioning me, and making me jump through 10,000 hoops! I don't know why I was surprised by the excellent customer service. They worked really hard a while back to get me the exact shopping bags I needed, and really listened to my requests. The website is super easy to use: I really like the quick re-order and the ability to see all my past orders. I used the online chat feature this last time, and that was easy and like I said above, they fixed my problem and my replacement came in THE NEXT DAY. Keep in mind that I am writing this based on the two custom orders that I have made through this company. The first one went over almost smoothly, but I had issues with the shipping of my order as despite them needing up to 14 business days (as stated on the website) to process custom orders, I received my order a month and a half later. The second and most recent time, I placed the order and did not receive any sort of confirmation email from the company which lead to me having to call customer service in order to have my invoice emailed to me. As if that was not enough, I never got any proof of the design for the bags that I ordered and when I contacted customer service, I had to wait an absurd amount of time for the print department to give an update on the status of my order. Considering the fact that I have other things to do with my time than wait 30 minutes for someone to tell me if my order is being made or not, I asked them to just email me the response from the print department as it seems like that is what they want you to do. Anyway, save yourself some time by ordering from somewhere that cares about helping when it is needed rather than pushing the blame on you for "not receiving their email" that they *obviously* must have sent to you. *Update*- I never got a response from the print department and if after the 14 business days your item is not ready, customer service will tell you that it takes up to 21 business days rather than the up to 14 business days stated on the website. read more

This place is the best thing since sliced bread! The customer service is beyond exceptional - I had a broken piece in my order and it was replaced within 2 days of my reporting it!!! I agree with Alex P. My closet is pretty serious stuff - I don't wear contacts and have 24 pairs of glasses - I like only department store hangers for my blouses, sweaters, pants, skirts and suits. I would highly recommend that if you want uniformity for your business or your personal closet - this place is by far and away the best.
