Great prices, definitely recommend it. I was missing an item and Kimberly was super helpful. Made sure that the item was sent out to me and gave me exceptional customer service. Since then i have placed another order. Will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. read more

I've purchased a pretty boutique clothing rack in the past, I recently have the need to use a rolling rack to store clothing items, I was so pleased to find a collapsible 2 sided version and a rack for the top. I'm writing this review as I received my shipment super fast and can now forge forward with packing up my belongings in a neat and orderly fashion. read more

I talked to one person and they tried to help asking my company name and information but the next person I got connected with shut me down and said that my order will fall off in the next 3 days if I don't wire transfer them money. seems very sketchy to me. never ever going to shop here for my business again... still waiting on my money back too. read more

I had ordered $1,569.95 worth of items. 4 of those items were a display case I had ordered $1,569.95 worth of items. 4 of those items were a display case I needed to upgrade from RTA to FA and add lights.. I spoke with Kiana Young and she stated for the upgrade to FA and and the added light kits would be $546.88 additional "see attachments". So I called in to make my payment for the upgrade. When I called in I spoke with Kim and gave her my card number over the phone for the confirmed amount of $546.88 for the upgrade. After giving them my card number they made an unauthorized charge to my account for $981.19 "see attachments" . WTH, I was furious, I was supposed to be charged $546.88!. When I saw this I spoke with a supervisor named Amber Crow "see attachments" , and she said that they will reverse the transaction which WILL NOT affect my order of FA-3PC-70" case, FA-1PC-48" case and 4 lights, that this mistake was a system error. Then the next day I saw another unauthorized charge for $209.95 "see attachments". WTH, so I canceled my debit card with my bank and disputed the $209.95 with my bank. All of this put me in the negative with my bank. These people are crocks, I'm a single mom that opened a new store with my hard-earned money. I can't believe I experienced this horrific incident with them.. As a business, I record all conversations.. So, each time I spoke with a rep at Store Supply it was recorded.. I'm going to pursue it legally, because this has made a disaster in my overall business due to unauthorized withdrawals, and now I have to wait for a new debit card to come. I will give them a chance to make good out of this disaster. I will update the outcome of this mess.... read more

The product and shipping were ok. My problem is that I searched for a "collapsible wire rack" and foolishly assumed that was what was displayed. I ordered a nice rack and was extremely dismayed to realize that it is NOT collapsible! When I tried to return it, I found that I had to pay postage, and the postage cost more than the $65 rack, so I now have this useless rack to give away to someone who might need it. read more

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. I don't think most people know this (I sure didn't until recently) but when you google search "wholesale suppliers" you aren't actually looking at wholesale companies. The companies that come up first are usually stores masquerading as wholesalers to get your business. I purchased 100 black jewelry boxes (about 3 by 5 inches) with cotton inside for about $23. ONE HUNDRED. a single one of these at Michaels is about $2.50. Talk about some major savings. Plus they have store displays, print custom packaging and stickers, and so much more. I know that I'm such a geek for loving a store supply company so much but I DONT CARE. THEY ARE AMAZING. read more

Poor overall. Slow Shipping, inaccurate shipping times quoted. State 1 business day. Now on day 4 and still haven't seen any product. Sadly they don't seem to care. Won't be returning. read more

Unacceptable, and no Integrity. I ordered several wire walls which don't hook together the way it shows in the picture and some baskets. The baskets were for slat walls, not wire walls. When I tried to return the $28 items, it would be a non-refundable $60. UPS and FedEx all said I should have a return label so I called. The first person said we "could talk about" refunding me $60 when the items arrived, and the second person said they would send me a return label. I did not get the label and "Could talk about it" does not sound reliable. After 2 months of emails, nothing has been solved and I haven't had reply since 11/15. I even offered to exchange but no response. That "No Hassle Return Policy" isn't correct. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE read more

I ordered something from Store Supply Warehose, $18 for the item $12 for Fed Ex shipping. It was lost in the Fed Ex system for 4 days and all they can say is "sorry". Do not need it any more. They say send it back That will cost another $12 for an $18 refund. Shop elsewhere for sure. read more

I am writing an update because this business deserves it. I was first very upset with my order, but they made great effort to make sure the order and custom products were right! This demonstrates the high caliber of service and their stance behind their custom products. They gained a loyal client with me and will now happily recommend them. I recognize and appreciate when businesses go the extra mile to ensure the customer is ultimately happy and inspires me to continue these same practices towards my customer centric businesses. read more

WOW, talk about speedy and great services. I have to admit I was a bit suspect about ordering from this place after reading some mixed reviews from here. I went with my gut and ordered my merchandise and I received it within 2 days. Here I am thinking 5 business days or so, but no... I will definitely order from here again..... NOTE: I researched for days and other places were over priced and not even a quarter of the merchandise. read more

So after moving into the house we find that the previous owners took all the slatwall panel hooks away! It ended up that they could do that because they sold the house to the relocation company first before we finally bought it from the relo company. *shakes fist* So I had absolutely no idea what the panel was called and couldn't find the darned hooks anywhere. Finally, one helpful Home Depot dude mentioned that the Store Supply Warehouse would DEFINITELY have it. Upon looking at their catalog it seems like they pretty much have the same stuff that's typical of any store supply place (those catalogs were all over the house when I was a kid). However, the people here were super friendly and the lady there was up for a conversation while I was waiting for my order. I only got a couple hooks as I'm still populating the garage, but I'll definitely be thumbing through their catalog for anything else I might be needing. read more

I ordered my product bags late October hoping to get them sometime in November. "WRONG" if you are a small business or any business at all, these guys are the worst to spend your money on. I advise don't do it!! I've been back and forth through emails, Etsy, and their worthless 1-800-823-8887 number. All they do is lie. I received a message on Etsy my order was going to be shipped today no later than tomorrow, and that I would receive tracking information. Well I never received my tracking information. So I called their 1-800 to find out some lady said well, I don't know who you gave this information on Etsy, but I don't see your order shipping out till December. Lies, Lies, Lies! I sure regret placing an order with this company. read more

I love this place! This is my store!!! I may not run a fashion boutique but I consider my closet pretty serious business. This is where I get my pant/ skirt hangers, chrome rack, coat hangers, and a bunch of other things. This is seriously my go-to place. Can't live without this store! And they make everything so easy too! Usually receive the package in 1 day. Can call or email them or even do live chat. They're open everyday but Sunday. You can go to their physical showroom or just order things online or by phone. They take many forms of payment like all credit cards (visa, MasterCard, discover, American Express), PayPal, billmelater, wire transfer, and check by phone. They're really good! Did I also mention everything is of high quality and super cheap? Yeah... Love this place!! read more

I have been told over and over again that a part of my order is being "shipped today." Every day they say it's being shipped today and over a month it's not here. They apparently have a policy of just telling you whatever is most convenient to say. They claim that the initial order was lost by FedEx and that it was not their fault because FedEx did not tell them. And now over and over they say it's being "shipped today". read more

When I ordered a product and it was not properly shipped, I received a refund, but the refund did not include the shipping charge. I had to re-submit my order to get it shipped to me, but I still had to pay the shipping charge again. This means I had to pay double for shipping, only to find out the product was not what I wanted in the first place, so I had to send it back. When I reviewed the return policy, it implied that the shipping charge would be covered, but it wasn't. The customer service is awful and the return policy is even worse. I will never order from them again and I will recommend avoiding business with them to anyone who asks. read more

BEWARE!! Was placing my order before 3:00. We are in NJ and there is a warehouse in PA. Normally it's 1 day in transit but if they were to ship out of PA it would be $28.00 and I'd have it tomorrow. If not, they would ship out of GA and while it would be $14.00, I wouldn't have it until Monday. I spoke to a supervisor Amber and she was of no help and sounded like she could care less. It doesn't make sense! Ship the box from PA and I'd get it tomorrow and the shipping would be regular! But No, it wasn't their policy. Cancelled my order and I will NEVER order from them again. read more

Ok, here is my update. I called them on the next business day and was upset and angry but the person on the other end of the phone was as upset as I was, apologized and promised me he would fix it and sure enough, 4 days later I had my fancy clothes rack that I ordered, and it really was worth the $89 bucks. So, I would like to change my original rating to 5 stars based on the customer service and the rack itself. read more

I ordered slat wall for the office and received it with two big cracks in the back - one of them looked as if a hole had been punched directly through the slat. They use another piece as a barrier but it had gone too far through and ruined both. I called just to let them know what happened and that we could make it work how it is with damage but just maybe shipping next time may need to be more gentle. Without question they offered to send a new one and it was delivered within two business days. This time no damage! I understand the inconvenience of the first piece arriving broken - however the way the customer service agent handled it made up for the initial mistake! I have ordered from them before as well and been happy with the products looking like what they do online. read more

I have been searching for several months for Jewelry Boxes for my small jewelry business, and Supply Store Warehouse was the cheapest I could find by a few dollars. I placed the order online, and got a confirmation notice that my CC payment went through. The next day I received another notice that I needed to call them about my order. When I spoke with the rep, he stated that I had selected P.O. payment and that as a new customer I had to pay with a credit card. He wanted my card information again. I told him I already had a confirmation that my CC was accepted on the site and offered to e-mail THEIR confirmation to him. He said he would have to see a copy of my CC statement with the charge on it. After I requested to cancel the order he offered to look further into the matter and stated that he would call me back in 5 minutes. An hour and a half later, I called THEM back to find out what was going on, and was told the rep I spoke with was working on another problem and would call me back. When I finally spoke to the guy again, he said I had put in my CC number incorrectly, and asked for my card type, which I was fine with giving him. He said it was corrected, and that the order would ship out that day. This was last week. I called today to find out where my shipment was, and why I hadn't received some kind of tracking number, to find out that the guy never ran the corrected CC number through, and so my order never shipped. I've never had such a hassle simply trying to order boxes from a company. I would NOT recommend this company for any supply purchase. You are better paying a few extra dollars to order it elsewhere (like I will be doing) than wasting nearly a week trying to get them to actually process your order. Update: Today (almost 3weeks later) I received a call from a PR rep from the company. She stated that she saw this review and apologized sincerely for my experience. She offered to send me the boxes I was attempting to purchase for free. I do have to say that not many companies would go to that length, and I didn't expect to hear from them this long after my order was canceled. read more

The quality of the display case arrangement I ordered was of good quality and worth the price. HOWEVER, their customer service or lack thereof was a huge disappointment along with the shipping company that they use (Reddaway). The well top register stand was not shipped in my initial order and I had to wait an additional week and a half to receive it. Reddaway failed to deliver in a timely manner and Store Supply Warehouse did little to help in assisting why the delivery kept being delayed. Additionally, the register stand was missing the shelves and received in a half opened box. I will likely look elsewhere for future purchases as a result. read more

I ordered a glass retail display case, and when it got here the shelves were not included in the delivery. So I called and they sent out the shelves no questions asked. Then when the shelves did arrive, they were completely broken and I called and sent them a picture of my delivery and again they sent out more, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. This is the good old fashioned kind of business that you rarely see anymore, and I very much appreciated them making sure that everything was just right. I am VERY pleased with my experience and would not hesitate to refer anyone to them. I will definitely use them again in the future! Great customer service! read more

I tried to buy a dress form- did not get good customer service, was charged a lot for shipping. I would NOT recommend. The quality was so-so, seemed like a large hug of Styrofoam. I decided to return my item and spend the money for a better quality dress form through a more service oriented company. My original order was processed with out including a stand or topper-which makes it useless. I had planned to just buy those extra parts from them but customer service would not even look up pricing for me when I called. Oh, and more money for shipping. read more

Unfortunately I ordered custom bags on 11/18 (website says they ship under 14 days). I checked today, and was told that the earliest they would ship is 12/8. My event is 12/7. They were helpful enough to cancel my order. I'm glad I checked early, so hopefully I can get some elsewhere. read more

I've been a customer with them for over 3 years, I order custom bags. The bags NEVER arrive within the 14 business days that they quote. I have to constantly call to get an update. The customer service reps lie to you and give our ship dates that aren't accurate. I placed my last order October 23rd it is now November 20th and still no bags. Even though a customer rep told me that my bags were supposed to ship out November 18th. Today I called only to hear the bags aren't even ready. So unprofessional!!!! I literally have to go out to buy filler bags while waiting. So not only am I paying store Supply Warehouse over $400 but I'm paying another $100 because they claim to always have printer issues. After I received 4 packages via UPS I was very unhappy with Store Supply Warehouse, Inc. and cancelled my order and wrote a bad review on them due to the way things were handled an the shipping and receiving end. Then 4 pkgs. came delivered with the sides and ends out and parts down to small screws and even the poles for the Z-Racks coming out the ends of the boxes. They wanted to ship them again and I told them it just was not working out since 4 boxes on 2 separate shipping orders came the same exact way. I even emailed them pictures of the boxes and how they were received. I asked to cancel and give me a refund. Then MATT D. called me and he wanted to know how they could fix this and if I needed the items. Well, I did want them but I had been searching for another place to order them off the internet. Then he said he would ship them to me again via FedEx and see if the shipping carrier would make a difference and so he did that and we both agreed we would inspect the packages first and if they shipped ok then we would let him know and he would bill my cc again. The boxes arrived today and they are very well packaged this time and arrived with no holes or ends torn open on them. Matt said that they were giving me my order for Free. He said they wanted to make sure I was a happy customer. Matt - you really can't imagine how HAPPY this makes me as a new customer. I am very pleased and you deserve a good review also. You have kept in constant contact with me since you first called after the initial cancelling of the order. You have followed this through to the end. And now this. I cannot be any happier than I am now. You are the best and so is everyone there that took something I felt was bad and made it this good. read more

This place is the best thing since sliced bread! The customer service is beyond exceptional - I had a broken piece in my order and it was replaced within 2 days of my reporting it!!! I would highly recommend that if you want uniformity for your business or your personal closet - this place is by far and away the best. Great and fair pricing, quality products and amazing customer service. Everything about this place is 5 star! Thanks so much. I have been ordering from this company for 5 years. Recently one of the products I ordered broke. I noticed it had a warranty, but I dreaded contacting Store Supply because it seems like these days when anyone has an item under warranty a battle ensues to get things taken care of. Don't know why I worried. Not only did Store Supply EASILY send a replacement, they did so without grilling me, questioning me, and making me jump through 10,000 hoops! I don't know why I was surprised by the excellent customer service. They worked really hard a while back to get me the exact shopping bags I needed, and really listened to my requests. The website is super easy to use: I really like the quick re-order and the ability to see all my past orders. I used the online chat feature this last time, and that was easy and like I said above, they fixed my problem and my replacement came in THE NEXT DAY. Who does that?! :) Prices are excellent, shipping is fast, and YES, I even love the little treat they put in my shipment (especially the tootsie roll). read more

Keep in mind that I am writing this based on the two custom orders that I have made through this company. The first one went over almost smoothly, but I had issues with the shipping of my order as despite them needing up to 14 business days (as stated on the website) to process custom orders, I received my order a month and a half later. The second and most recent time, I placed the order and did not receive any sort of confirmation email from the company which lead to me having to call customer service in order to have my invoice emailed to me. As if that was not enough, I never got any proof of the design for the bags that I ordered and when I contacted customer service, I had to wait an absurd amount of time for the print department to give an update on the status of my order. Considering the fact that I have other things to do with my time than wait 30 minutes for someone to tell me if my order is being made or not, I asked them to just email me the response from the print department as it seems like that is what they want you to do. Anyway, save yourself some time by ordering from somewhere that cares about helping when it is needed rather than pushing the blame on you for "not receiving their email" that they *obviously* must have sent to you. *Update*- I never got a response from the print department and if after the 14 business days your item is not ready, customer service will tell you that it takes up to 21 business days rather than the up to 14 business days stated on the website. read more
