The next day, was hit with a late fee for nonpayment - how is this possible? When I called the phone number in their automated text notification to ask - it was disconnected. When I clicked the URL in their automated text notification to look online - it points to an expired domain. When I finally got hold of someone by email, Tiffany proved to be uncaring or uncomprehending by responding that "the automated system automatically charges a late fee" instead of answering any of the questions about how autopay did not trigger or how I was supposed to fix this when all of their official correspondences provide invalid information. Skip this company, and use someone that actually pays attention to their supporting services and tech.
