When I arrived there were no spots available at all but the app said it was 4 spots still available for purchase. I parked on the lot, went inside and asked for assistance in finding a spot. I was told that the lady responsible for that wasn't going back outside after dark. (Please note it was about 19:30 with the sky clear and bright enough to see the clouds in the sky) I said, "she need to come out now to find a spot if that is the rule at this store." She then rudely walked away. I went back out to search again and found nothing. I came into the store a total of three times asking for assistance and no one was willing to help. I was out of time on my 14 and couldn't go anywhere else so I moved to the front parking lot near McDonald. About 30 minutes later the same lady that said she couldn't come outside made her way outside to call my company and the cops on me about moving. She said I will have to find parking in the rear and I told her if the spot I paid for was available I wouldn't have to park up front. She proceeded to argue with me about the parking spot a paid for until the cops arrived. The cops were pretty cool but they asked me to leave because they said I was trespassing and if I didn't they would put me in cuffs and take me to jail. REALLY??? OVER A PARKING SPOT??? I said all of that to say don't spend your money at this location. These people are underpaid and overworked with a chip on their shoulder. Shoutout to the guy who did try to calm the situation and the girl leaving work at the time. I appreciate y'all and the Brasleton Police Department. Please bypass this location and don't pay for parking there because if you get there late and someone is already in it they will get it at your expense. I will also be pushing this matter up to the corporate office for the treatment of a paying customer. Safe travels everyone

I used National Parking at a recent stay at the Double Tree in Smyrna right by SunTrust Park. From…read morethe minute I pulled up the guys staffing this valet were nothing but professional and courteous. I parked and retrieved my car at least a dozen times during my stay and every time no matter the valet attendant it was the same great service. When you initially park they ask you for your cell phone number and text you a link. Inside of that link it takes you to their internal site where you can click on retrieving your car. The great thing is it tells you exactly where you line up in retrieval. I will tell you it never took more than 5 minutes usually less to retrieve my car. In most cases I would click on the retrieval button and before I even got downstairs my car was already ready. What I also liked is the fact is each time I was met with "Have a great day", "Welcome back to the Double Tree", " How is your evening going" etc...a true class act.

They use fake reviews to boost their ratings. They have a janky app with pop ups and is confusing and cumbersome to use to delay you from paying. And if you walk away from your car, they will boot it within 1 minute. $75 to remove it. The parking lot attendant is hiding in an unmarked vehicle car waiting. When I called to have the boot removed and told them I paid for parking, they told me I paid at 8:36 and they booted my car before that. I have a text showing that I texted someone I was meeting at 8:37 when I got to the restaurant and a screen shot of maps showing that the restaurant is a 2 min walk from the garage. They had to literally boot my car as soon as I walked out of the garage.

Braselton purchased approximately 800 acres of land from Mr. G. W. Smith, Sr., and established a homestead there. By 1876, the area began to grow as a center for farming and commerce, attracting more settlers and businesses. Located on busy I-85 between the metropolises of Atlanta Georgia and Greenville South Carolina (and onwards to Charlotte North Carolina), it's been growing ever since. The town's city hall was originally the residence of the Braselton family, later functioning as a boarding house and hotel. In 1989, the city acquired it and renovated it. Today, it houses, the town hall, police department and city water offices. The grounds include a gazebo that houses the original Braselton School Bell and there are a few other interesting pieces to see. Plenty of parking in their lot while you explore. Located near the Braselton Town Hall, this marker points out the history of the earliest settlers…read morehere and how this started to grow into what it is today. The marker reads, "In 1876 William H. Braselton, Sr. and his wife, Susan Hosch Braselton, established a 796-acre farm in western Jackson County. The Braseltons' children, Henry, Green, John Oliver, Belle, and Lena , grew up working on the family farm, developing several support businesses such as a store and fertilizer operation. The arrival of first the railroad in 1902 and then a state highway in 1927 allowed expansion of farming operations. In 1916 the town of Braselton was incorporated. In addition to the farm, the development of a mercantile and grocery business as well as a grist and flour mill led the brothers to form Braselton Brothers, Inc. in 1921. Braselton Brothers also funded local schools, and published the monthly Four County Booster from 1912-1933. This is marker number 78-3 and it was erected in 2006 by The Georgia Historical Society and the Braselton Memorial Cemetery Foundation. There is free street parking nearby.
