I contacted Mac-Solutions and within a minute they were able to identify the issue. I dropped off my MacBook and they completed the repair the same day! They were very knowledgeable on all Apple computers (Macbooks, MacMini's, Mac Pro's, iMacs and more!) They also sent me photos of the missing the screws the other techs had left behind trying to diagnose the issue. My MacBook is now running faster than when it was new! Reasonable fees and fast turn around. Highly recommended and they are true to their slogan, "Insanely Great Customer Service". Their prices are competitive and consistent, unlike their local competitors that will increase prices on holidays or when they are busy.
