Me: I rated Storage Star -5 My reply to their question: Better rates for multiple unit customers, limit increases, better control of rodents (rats) and opt out of individual insurance or provide discount for those customers that do have insurance. Climate controlled units are not the best. You are nickel and dimming your customers.
