When my husband set up the rental of storage, he waved the extra cost of storage unit insurance they offered, and planned to use homeowners insurance. Now I need to make a claim for homeowners insurance for all of these items they have damaged. I spoke with a staff member, Moe. He appeared very apologetic and understanding of the situation. I am hoping they will reimburse our last month of rent at the very least. It will not make any difference in all of the money we've lost due to damages, but at least it would be a good faith gesture. Very disappointed in the way they stored our furniture. Update: spoke with staff member Chastity today. The account was not closed as requested yesterday. They are taking no responsibility for the damage done, and will not do any reimbursements. In fact, they do not prorate the last month of unit rent. That means the full amount for unit rental paid 12 days ago will be kept in full period a month of rent for only 12 days of years, which would have been 11 days had they closed when requested. Very disappointed in the business practices displayed here, and will never recommend the services of this company.

Unfortunately my Ryobi 40 volt lithium 14 inch chainsaw is now missing. I had to leave the storage unit to meet the home Depot delivery drivers for my new washer and dryer. I called the office phone and reported the missing chainsaw. The woman on the phone got very loud with me. She never offered to put a claim in to replace the chainsaw. Use this company if you don't mind missing expensive items! And they won't replace them.

Picked up a truck on a Saturday. The line was really long and there were only two guys working…read more By the time we left, the line was almost out the door. When it was our turn in line, the guy was friendly and I had already ordered the truck online for our one-way move so it was pretty easy. He handed me the key and told me where the truck was parked. My biggest complaint is that they gave us the truck with 1/4 tank of gas. We were doing a one way move (2 hours away) and we didn't know how much gas it was going to take so we filled it up to be safe. $76 later and we only used a little over 1/4 of a tank! After already paying over $200 for the move, we now also gave them free gas. My suggestion is to request that the truck be filled with gas before you take it so that you can just fill it back up to full when you are done.
