So, I had to take time out of my schedule to accommodate them to see if that was an issue. Come to find out they will need to move everything in my storage in order to get to the wire. They have no intentions of accommodating me and advised me if I am not able to let them in, they will get in anyway. They did not allow me to choose a time that would be best for me. If I could give this place a 0 star I would…read more My dad reserved a moving truck (12') 2 weeks in advance of his pick up date, at this location. They called him less than 24 hours of his pick up to tell him they didn't have his vehicle. My dad was moving his stuff across the state and didn't have a secondary option. They offered him the same size vehicle but in locations that were 60 miles and 20 miles away...They were able to locate the same size vehicle 15 mins away but it was a self service (24/7 Share) location. Do not use the 24/7 self service option! It's impossible to get your vehicle less than an hour after you arrive to pick up the truck. The idea is for convenience and to decrease wait time to get the vehicle. It does anything but. I'd recommend U-Haul just stops development on the app and sunsets the damn thing. Anywho, after multiple attempts to try and upload his Driver's License information and headshot, we tried calling customer service again. After the 3rd call of having a 30 minute wait time quoted to us (probably because they are having the same issues), we declined and just went to another vendor - Budget Rental Truck. Couldn't recommend more not using U-Haul. Use Budget Truck rental. Use Penske truck. Use a local vendor. Use anything but U-Haul, or this location.

I am very supportive of team Mike ( General Manager) at UHaul but Felisha exhibits poor customer service with a deadpan approach. She didn't aknowledge my entrance into U- Haul store and in my opinion wanted me to accept the poor customer service and be on my way. In short, Felisha, informed me that my rental didn't return last night; therefore, she didn't have any rental available for me. Although, I had a confirmed reservation time for a 10feet rental. I inquired as to why I was not given a cousesty call regarding the rental. Again, with a deadpan and pointless response "We just opened at 9:00 a.m." Felisha is slothful and only wants a Uhaul's paycheck. Where did you get her from?!? Cherry picking your employees are a good thing! Lastl, I want to thank the young man who offered a compensation for my inconvenience and the professional customer service he expressed and exhibited in resolving the issue at hand.
