Driver shows up just before 3pm with a truck that is smaller then needed and with a lift gate smaller and unable to handle the move. Their driver was extremely nice guy. Once you book with them expect only a terrible experience after that. When I booked with them my pod was supposed to arrive on 6/13, it never arrived and they never contacted me. I had to call them where they told me it was delayed to 6/16. It then never arrived with no update so I had to call again where they told me my pod was still in the original facility and had still not been picked up after being there since 6/2. After three more phone calls and three more delays with no update, it still has not been picked up from the original facility. My agreement says delivery within 8-10 days, and we are now going on 20 days since it was picked up from my original location. I would spend the extra money on a different company or drive a U-Haul truck to your destination before using this company. They barely offer any compensation and it is only for "miscommunication".

They did not remove the legs to my dresser like I had asked them to do. When the dresser arrived to my new apartment it was barely wrapped and all 5 legs were torn off. The dresser is a complete loss as it's destroyed beyond repair. The company also damaged several other items- a mirror, a record player, an antique sewing machine and bar stools. Again, the barstools were wrapped when they left my apartment but then arrived unwrapped to my new apartment. The leather was torn and their were scuff marks all over the chairs because they were not wrapped. I filed a claim for all of my damaged items. It's been 3 months and I still don't have any money for the damages. The customer service representative stopped responding to all phone calls and emails after my items were delivered. The claims process goes through a third party company. That company told me that Road Runner has been stalling the process. I used Go Moving back in 2015 and had excellent service. I used them again recently and cannot say…read morethe same. The movers themselves were hard working. They got my apartment packed up quickly and packed my 21' U-Haul like a puzzle, leaving no empty space. The problem was they just weren't careful. I rented 36 packing blankets and they only used 14 in the entire truck. This left a ton of furniture vulnerable to damage and that's exactly what happened. The most damaged piece was actually a bookcase that they slid across a lip in the truck scratching the entire thing. The second piece was our kitchen table. They only wrapped it in plastic and stacked another large piece of furniture on top of it with no padding between. I took pictures documenting all of this and asked how to file a claim the very next day. Vanessa promptly emailed me back and made it seem like it would all be taken care of. A month later I get a letter in the mail saying everything was denied. I emailed them again giving them the opportunity to make things right, but it was radio silence. So in the end, I paid the company $175, gave each mover a $30 tip, and I ended up having about $270 in damages and no recourse. Will never use them again and recommend you steer clear if you value your stuff.

I was their last job of the day, but Jon and Jason worked quickly and kept me informed throughout the process. They got everything done within the estimated time, assembled a few things like my bed, and offered to take care of any last-minute shifting of furniture before they left. They made me feel like they understood it was a stressful day, and they did everything to make sure I knew my belongings were in good hands. This was my first move using professional movers, and when I move again I will absolutely save myself the stress of doing everything myself or with friends. All of the details are on Google and too much to put here. Seems to be uninsured. Ignores claims and has no claims process. Not registered with DACS required by law. Showed up in a uhaul and hired random day laborers. Destroyed, not damaged but completely destroyed multiple furniture items in addition to other damage and is refusing to pay me for this loss. All claims and proof was made and provided in his presence and in writing, photos and videos. This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a mover. He clearly doesn't care about his customers or his reputation. Just looking to make money and leave a trail of destruction in his wake. He tore my office desk apart and put in in the garbage saying he didn't have time to take it apart or room in the truck! He bounced fragile dishes and priceless items down stairs on a dolly. Packed my large artwork himself and ruined it. And blamed the rest on the furniture construction. Your job is to deliver items in the same condition you received them. He also seems to have a scam going on where he guilts you for more money claiming he under bid. I noticed other people saying the same thing in reviews. I have proof, rebuttals and witness' for anything absurd he keeps claiming to try and avoid responsibility.
