Three guys came to do move everything from her suite in an independent living seniors apartment building. These guys were really quick, and very careful with all our Mom's antique fragile furniture. They were pleasant to deal with, and didn't have the simplest job to do. While packing things in and out of the elevator, various seniors would ask them to be taken to different levels of the building. They didn't want to use up time, but at the same time were helpful and considerate, realizing that some of these seniors really didn't realize they were imposing. Even when one older lady felt put out and and chastized them for DOING THEIR JOB, they guys kept their cool, their sense of humour, and continued to be polite and respectful of the residents. These guys were amazing!! I was already completely impressed with the job being done, when later that evening I got a call from their supervisor. Our Mom had in later years been in the habit of hiding money throughout her suite, and we had found a lot during the packing stage of the move. We got a call that the movers had found a money pouch stuffed between the cushions of the couch, containing some jewelry and over a thousand dollars cash. Once again I was so impressed!! The integrity and honesty shown by all the staff was beyond amazing, and I couldn't stop raving to their supervisor. This whole situation with the move was above and beyond expected. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone in need of moving and/or storage facilities. They are AWSOME!!!

Checked up on my unit maybe two or three times within a 10 month timeframe. Came back to empty my unit in July... not only was everything covered in dust, there was rat poison covering the entire unit and mouse droppings everywhere. Never have I ever experienced such crappy service for paying $160 a month just to store my furniture. Never will I return to this location. The workers were rude also and didn't close my account until 4 months later trying to charge me when my unit was emptied before my last month was even up. Pictures for proof.

We…read morerented out a 20' truck as the lady on the phone who took my reservation, insisted I'd need that size. When we got to the pick up area, I quickly realized how I definitely didn't need the humungous trailer that the girl had tricked me into getting. When we went to the "office" (its literally a small trailer with a desk) the employee did not acknowledge me whatsoever, until my boyfriend came in. Only then he told my boyfriend, not ME, that he'd be with him in a second. I understand that sometimes people can be preoccupied with other things, but I found it really rude how he only acknowledged my boyfriend and not me. When we actually got the truck, the worker continued to explain what to do with the truck to my boyfriend, and not to me, as if I wasn't even there. Upon returning the truck, I had realized that I was charged for an extra 40 dollars. Confused, I called the "office" and they told me that they didn't know where the charge was from. What?! You charge me extra and you can't even tell me what the charges are for? After persistently calling them for the next few days, we found out that it was just for extra mileage charges. I find it ridiculous that it took longer than a day to figure out what the charges were. This is the last time I'd book a uhaul from them. I'd rather drive somewhere else and pay the extra mileage from a different location.
