Very polite and generous! Easy to work with!! The gentleman I spoke with was to the point but answered every question I had!

Do not use this company. I Had 2 units from them and had lost my husband, home and job in same month. Was in a very bad situation and communicated often with them. I paid one in full after a year and got my belongings, mostly furniture. Told them I would get second one around mid Sept. I was about 3 weeks later than I thought and with no communication they took all of my stuff. I called them within a day and told them I understood i would loose my furniture to their auction but my childrens baby items and sentimental items from their father, my videos of when they were babies and anything and everything that you would save of your childs they took.They claimed they called but there is not record of their calls, they said they mailed certified letter but when i asked for a copy they never would send me one to prove they did. The lady clearly was happy that I had lost irreplacable items an enjoyed tellng me in a hateful and rude manner. I understand they had right to their money but as a person why they wanted my kids baby items such as first shoes, videos and school project or sentimental items from their family members that have passed is a mystery to me. Within a day the lady that runs office said she took it to the dump. I called dump and they said they had not brought it. I emailed the company and then she said they sold it and I said just 3 boxes I would pay in full if they could just tell me where my sentimental items were and she claimed to have no idea, I was given 3 different stories in 3 days. They took it on Sunday and by Monday had no idea where it was or who took it. Not to mention she was completely rude and hateful about my not paying my storage on time and clearly seemed to find satisfaction in telling me I WAS NOT GETTING MY CHILDRENS IRREPLACABLE ITEMS EVER AGAIN. read more
