It has been 2 years since my treatment & I recommend the MiraDry treatment to EVERYONE! It has truly changed my life and I wish I knew about it sooner... This is my honest review of my personal experience... the staff were all lovely & made me feel comfortable about this. Very clean office too. They also have payment plans (if you qualify) so book now! Lol Now the actual procedure is painless, but they do have to numb your underarms with shots & then inject a fluid into the armpits which is a quick sting of pain but you will be okay! Its worth it! HOWEVER! once the numbing wore off, I was in SO much pain lol like on a scale: 9/10!! And I have an extremely high pain tolerance... I would highly recommend strong pain killers once you get home & taking the next day off to just relax and drink water!! The fluid they inject also dissolves on its own over time, but you might look a little chubby in the arms for a few weeks (depends how ur body metabolizes it all, I guess). But again, you will be so happy with the results, it's a game changer - I promise! Pain is beauty right? The first 3 months I was completely dry and wasnt sweating/no odor under my arms at all. I did lose a little bit of feeling for a while too but it came back - it kinda felt like numbness in some areas, but it's completely normal now (took about 2 months for that to go away). But then around month 4-5 I noticed my first "sweat" and I was freaking out that it didnt work on me, but it definitely works! I definitely dont sweat thru my shirts anymore lmfao (the horror okay lol). But when my underarms do sweat it's odorless and just a little bit of perspiration... its like a light mist of spray if I had to describe it. I'm extremely happy with my results. Some people go back for a 2nd session but I don't think it's necessary for me. Think twice before coming here for Miradry! 1. They force you to take a face photo before treatment or they won't do it. If it's just said to me, they also have a discrimination issue. 2. The front desk, who is also the manager and Miradry operator, Maria, was one hand on her phone, one hand operating the machine for half time of the procedure. 3. Only one doctor's certificate from 2007 is on display. That doctor never showed up, and Maria and Ronit's certificates were nowhere to be seen. 4. The biggest part: Miradry did not work on me at all. I understand not everybody gets results the first time, but what I am saying here is 0% effectiveness. Maria refused to talk by phone, made me come in, then let me wait for about half an hour. The whole follow-up consultation lasted more than one hour in total, and they sent me back again saying they would call me back. Maria called me back and offered me a price of $X to try the second treatment. Because I was unhappy with the first result I was afraid to do it again, so I offered $Y, which was $200 lower than $X. She agreed immediately. After a couple of months, I followed up with her wanting to schedule the second treatment. She said that was $Y off, not $Y. She was obviously lying, there was no issue with the communication at the time we discussed the price, and also because I offered her a lower price she said she would accept it just because she wanted her customer to be happy. If $Y is $Y off, how could I offer a lower off price than $X (a higher off price?). She just chose to lie straight to my face, which really made me sad. I didn't want to go back anyway so I would love to share my experience here. 5. Maybe Miradry works, but not here. Want your face photo taken and your practitioner glued to their phone mid-treatment? That's what you'll get. Oh! Maybe that's why I had zero results! 6. I don't know how they are able to do so, but their reviews kept changing. Although the procedure works as described, (Maria) lied about the side effects. She told me that only 10-15% of hair wouldn't grow back, however, over 80% didn't grow back. All that's left is ugly patches everywhere. And for a man, that's not very attractive. I called her asking for recognitions 4 different times and she told me she would call me back and NEVER did. The Miradry procedure was preformed on my 22 year that had been dealing with this debilitating condition since he was a teenager. I'm just upset I waited so long to have it done, especially after a number of nightmare long haul flights to Europe and the Philippines. This would have come in handy. I could not recommend this place more. Every time I come here I leave with a smile on face because of the work they do and just because how kind they are. I usually come here for Botox and she does an amazing job but this time around I decided to take a chance and attempt to get my old micro blading removed. For reference, I've gone to multiple places and tried multiple lasers, and the yellow pigment would not leave my skin. It was one of my biggest insecurities.
