When I went inside, I couldn't see anyone and nobody greeted me. I wasn't sure where to go so I walked around where a man was sitting in an office speaking to someone. He told me he would be with me in a minute. I sat down and waited atleast 30 minutes with no one saying anything to me. Finally a woman told me she would help me. She checked me in and I asked her if the furniture dolly and the appliance dolly that I reserved were in the back of the truck. She said she didn't know and that she didn't think they even had an appliance dolly. I informed her that on the app it said they did and that I had reserved it. She said that just because it says they have one on the app, that it doesn't mean they actually have one. That would have been nice to know ahead of time as I wasn't sure if I'd be able to move my stuff without it. Turns out there was no appliance dolly there so I decided to get an additional furniture dolly as I had people from out of town helping me move and at this point it's my only option. She did let me use the additional furniture dolly free of charge. When I got the truck to my house and opened the back I was shocked to see that there was trash, a wet sock, and a ton of broken glass in the back. I had to clean out the entire thing before I was able to use it. I will not be going back to this business for U-Haul services again.
