Several days prior to Christmas I needed a prescription to be called in by a doctor from Pennsylvania. The person I spoke with at the pharmacy was EXTREMELY helpful. Then when I picked up the script, the woman at the pharmacy counter was so friendly and courteous. All three people who have helped me at checkout (front of the store have been stellar) even when the line was wrapped around the isle on Christmas Eve. And I wrote everyone's name down and am having difficulty remembering - of course. There is even one woman (employee) who helped me so much in the aisle (with eye cream). I have those names somewhere. Otherwise it's another excuse to go in to use my extra bucks.

The cashier actually accused me of dropping them and breaking them, then stated that I should have noticed they were broken before I bought them! Wow, just wow. Unbelievable! I responded that yes, someone certainly dropped them but it sure wasn't me, and that if they were so noticeably broken, then why were they on the shelf for sale? I was so offended and flabbergasted with this conversation I would NEVER shop here again. This lady needs some serious training and attitude adjustment. Was it really worth offending a customer over $1.74 to lose a customer for life?
