The whole time I was waiting the voice kept telling me there was one caller ahead of me and someone would be with me shortly. The doctor sent over the prescription for the generic brand and they filled it with the name brand and it's $500. I CANNOT wait until the end of the year so that we can switch plans and get something different because I never ever ever want to set foot in a Walgreens again!! At the pharmacy counter they have a sign that says please be kind to our employees and refrain from disrespectful behavior. Don't you think making me wait on hold for 40 minutes is a little disrespectful? The person caring for you is also someone's loved one? Guess what? I HAVE LOVED ONES AS WELL!!!!!!! Waited on a bathroom for the Men's and someone was on there and flushing the toilet every two minutes. But after 35 minutes I finally had to move on and do my natures calling behind a nearby building. I kept knocking and nothing. Cashier mocked me for wearing a mask and gloves during a pandemic…read more I just moved from the other side of the country and stopped at this gas station after taking care of my 87-year-old Grandmother. I have have my own health issues, but my concern is the well-being of my family (I also have 3 young children) and others. I've worked in retail mgmt for nearly 2 decades and make it a point to treat service workers with respect. As a worker, yes, customers can be horrible; but I would never make fun of someone for taking health precautions. The store itself is nice and clean, a good variety of products, but I won't be returning because of the cashiers attitude. Super cocky and rude over my concern for others health. I was shocked. I stayed polite, paid for my items and left. I will not be returning to this location. I'm sure they couldn't care less, and that's fine. I'll spend my hard-earned money at businesses who treat customers with dignity.
