The owners are the most kind and knowledgeable people and they surround themselves with truly the best instructors. As a golfer myself, I couldn't wait to try out their tech. I can't overstate how impressive and helpful it is. After 1 lesson I was on my way to becoming a much happier golfer. The atmosphere is very fun to be in. There is a putting room. How cool is that? They have 3D video golf. What?? They have an area to hang out in where you can meet some great people and enjoy some tasty coffee and other beverages. I highly recommend coming here no matter what your skill level is.

I did have an evaluation and was very happy about the overall experience. Working with David, I who is the owner and is also a coach. He is very knowledgable and is very good explaining at concepts along with how to improve. My evaluation session was impressive and I am looking forward to my future training/teaching and practice sessions. GolfTec offers the ability to view and record on video to help evaluate your swing while in training or during your practice. It is very helpful to be able to view your swing real-time and make changes to help improve. There is also an indoor putting green that is available. You want to improve, you should check it out. I will provide updates as I continue to experience the teachings/trainings.

I'm thrilled that they've taken over LGC and are working hard to make it a first-class practice center. The indoor simulator gives you the opportunity to practice year-round, and the mini-golf course makes for a fun family outing. Jo provides excellent customer service, and if you need a lesson, Marty is a PGA professional instructor. Other than playing on the course, Litchfield Golf Center provides the next-best golfing experience.

It was the yearly mini-masters that my buddy Juke throws in honor of his birthday! This year's…read morefirst course was Toll Gate Golf and it was somewhat forgettable... give me a moment while I attempt to remember. Okay, here we go... It was not a very large course, as every hole was stationed immediately right next to another and the average par was about 2. It seemed as though while they have a good chunk of land for the driving range, they took about 20 yds by 5 yards of land and said, "alright let's turn this aisle into a mini-golf course". I will say though, that the green was in great condition. There were no 'natural' obstacles (dead squirrels, bugs, twigs large leaves, etc.), no tears on the green, therefore pretty much leaving us to our own putting vices! You can grab your ball on the 18th hole, so if you get there early enough with a big group of people (5+) you can play out of order and not worry about losing your ball on the 18th. Anyway, I would recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for some mini-golf action, although there are better options about 35 minutes west of here. But since the entire course is right in front of you, I think it's a great course for families that need to have a close eye on their children.

Decided it was time for a new set of golf clubs. Made an appointment with Owen for a fitting. He…read morelistening carefully to what I was looking for. He was attentive, and professional. I tried out several clubs and irons. After an hour, many, many swings, and analysis of all. We were able to determine which clubs would suit me best. I was able to purchase them from their store stock. My husband had also gone for a fitting a few weeks earlier. We were both pleased, and would recommend highly.

Where to begin?…read more Let's start with the process. Easy-peasy to use their scheduler, make a change in date. Done. Then the fitting itself. Connor Murray was assigned to me. The boy knows his stuff! Whether it was the latest equipment, using the Tracer to analyze my swing mechanics, or giving a couple of tips on swing path (without giving instruction, since he doesn't yet have his credential and I don't want to get him in trouble, haha), he knows what he's doing and talking about. And last, there's the Ethics and Integrity thing. After spending sufficient time watching me, Connor's suggestion was to work a bit on my swing and maybe take a couple of lessons, rather than buying expensive new equipment. He said he could sell me something, but Chris's (Cote, the owner, I presume) philosophy (and his, Connor's, as a credentialed PGM club fitter) is to only sell equipment if it's going to improve what's in the bag. Connor said the clubs I have are excellent, fitted to me, and there's no newer technology that he could sell me that would be an upgrade to what I already own. He gave me a big bucket of balls, his card, and the card of their head pro instructor with a suggestion to set up a couple of lessons. Call me jaded, but in an age where someone's always trying to sell me something I don't really need, this not only impressed me but has now turned me into a raving fan of his and Chris Cote's Golf!
