Nancy, our coordinator, was such a HUGE help from the moment we booked the venue until the very end of our wedding night! She always made sure to answer any questions we had no matter how big or small. Michell, another coordinator who helped on the day-of was also amazing!!! They both really took care of my husband and I the entire wedding night! They made sure we had food, always had a drink in hand & made sure we got some of our wedding cake ! They both were AMAZING!! Everything ran so smoothly!! If there were any hiccups, I definitely didn't know about them. 10/10 recommend using them as your coordinators! Nancy also did all our florals and she exceeded my expectations!! I absolutely LOVED seeing my vision come to life with her help! We also had the property for the wedding night which was super convenient for both my husband and I and our wedding party! I could not say enough great things about this venue!! At one point, guests were being rushed out and made to feel like we were no longer welcome. There was also confusion about the bar closing earlier than expected. Watching the bride have to deal with these problems on her wedding night was upsetting. The couple should have been able to enjoy their wedding instead of spending part of the night dealing with venue staff. I personally would not feel comfortable recommending this venue based on what I witnessed.

We were so happy with all of their services and accommodations. Lynae, Mark and all of their staff were so helpful! I actually had to go a few times before to make sure my elderly mother could walk the entire place (it's huge!) and every time I'd go, I fell in love with it more and more!

It's even worse when OTHERS point out rude behavior/laziness and lack of care about "y'all's business" you work so hard for. Why would "lying" about my experience benefit me in anyway? The space is awesome in these Covid times, as the majority of the center is outside, with a good deal shaded under a patio roof. Additionally, the indoor space is easily accessible by opening the garage doors to the outside areas. Their staff was great to work with and very accommodating to our need for servers and bartenders. Easy parking next door to the center too. Will use again for future events - great location and great facility!

Some of the streams weren't flowing, which was a little surprising, but the scenery more than made up for it. There were also weddings being set up throughout the gardens, and seeing the couples and their photoshoots was lovely. Our favorite part, though, was discovering all the tucked-away benches where we could sit and simply enjoy nature. I'd absolutely recommend visiting, and I'm hoping to get a membership once spring rolls around. With so many events I want to attend, I can already see myself coming back often!
