My brother stayed here for a few days after a recent hospital stay. My brother had defecated in his bed as he is unable to walk at this time and was left for 3 hours like this despite several requests to change him. It took a call to management before the situation was remedied. A few days later the same situation occurred at which time my brother became upset and began to act out. He suffers from brain injury after several strokes so rather than try to work with him, they sent him to a hospital once again. He will not be returning to this facility and I would not recommend them.

They care. Their integrative approach is a refreshing change from places that are more reactive and focused on symptom management. Additionally, there are a bunch of small touches too that make a big difference - they all come down to an operation that is centered on doing what is right for the patients/families, not around maximizing billings and throughput. Speaking of billings, rates are reasonable and they accept most if not all of the major insurance in the area. Compared with many family and pediatric practices in the area, is relatively easy to get an appointment and the even have some Saturday hours. All told, it's worth driving a few extra miles for me to get great care for my family and finish visits with a smile.

I had called the morning of to confirm I would be seen while sick. I had previously tried to locate their sick policy, including Covid policy, and they had none listed on their website. I received a call from the scheduling office, as I was walking in, that I couldn't be seen, because I was late for my appointment. I explained that I had arrived in the allotted time frame, was walking in at the moment, and that I had called them beforehand to confirm I could be seen while sick. I let them know I had been sick since the day before, and they placed blame on me for not calling over the weekend to let them know that I was sick. I was then told I would have to pay the cancellation fee, because I didn't cancel within 24 hrs. I got a hold of billing, and after much difficulty, I finally received a full refund and an offer to reschedule 6 months out.

The price is very reasonable compared to other offices in the Nashville area, which immediately put me at ease. 2. Dr. Steve Samudrala is incredibly kind and professional. He treated me like a regular patient, not "just an immigrant going through paperwork." He genuinely cared about my well‑being and even took time to give me thoughtful advice about some health conditions I have. That meant a lot to me. 3. The immigration team is absolutely amazing. Morgan scheduled my appointment over the phone and was so nice and patient -- she made me feel much better about what can be a very intimidating process. Amber is such a wonderful woman. She turned what could have been a boring and stressful immigration medical procedure into a great experience. On the day of my exam, I actually made two mistakes on my paperwork (completely my fault -- I misspelled my name first, then added an extra number to my passport number ). I can laugh about it now, but at the time I was overwhelmed with work, life, and immigration stress. Amber and another newer team member helped me redo my paperwork twice without any frustration, only kindness and support. They truly saved my day and made everything so pleasant. I have lived im a couple different recovery houses prior to this one, and i must say this is by far…read morethe best environment out of them. the management was great and really strived to help you with whatever they could within reason. All the owner wants to do is help people get back on track and live a happy life without drugs and alcohol. the house is not the nicest or cleanest, but you have to keep in mind you are living with 12 guys who are mostly in the early stages of recovery. i didnt have a car when i lived here and sometimes had to take the bus. it is about a half mile down the road from a Murfreesboro bus stop which was a big help at times. attending meetings are required in order to stay at this house. i belive it was 5 meetings a week, some people with cars at the house helped me get there. this place will teach you structure and the little things that make a big difference in life. all in all, i recommend gratis living to a person in early recovery, i am not the type to write reviews online, but i feel like this may help somebody as it did for me. I never expected to be writing this, but after five years as a patient of this practice, I feel…read moreit's important to share my experience. I've been a parent for ten years, and for the last five of those years, we have Silver Hill Medical Clinic as our primary care office. Anyone who knows me or has followed me for a while knows that when I find a provider I love, I am incredibly loyal--and that I am also a very strong advocate for my children. I don't take speaking publicly about medical care lightly !!! We began seeing this practice at the start of COVID, and Dr. Sandy became my trusted primary care provider. She walked with me through two second-trimester pregnancy losses, the mental health crisis that followed, and many deeply vulnerable seasons. Over those five years, this office has seen all four of my children, including multiple visits when they were infants and toddlers. I always felt heard, remembered, and genuinely cared for by Dr. Sandy herself. Unfortunately, a recent experience with the office staff completely shattered the trust I had in this practice. When I called seeking care for my 10-month-old--who they had turned down earlier that day when my husband brought her in. (But she had been seen at this office just weeks prior). I was told they "do not see children under two" and that this has always been their policy. This policy has never once been communicated to me in five years of care, despite clear medical record proof (posted public and pinned on my personal page) that they have repeatedly seen my babies and young children. When I expressed my confusion and frustration, I was repeatedly told they had "made an exception" at her recent visit, even though this was never mentioned at the time. The staff showed no empathy, insisted the policy had always existed despite the documentation, and ultimately hung up on me. If this truly is their policy, I can respect that--but being turned away without warning, CONTRAINDICATED BY YEARS OF RECORDS, and treated with such dismissal was incredibly upsetting. What has been most painful is the complete lack of follow-up. After years of loyalty and deeply personal care, Dr. Sandy did not call, did not message me directly, and made no attempt to address what happened outside of the message you see below. I waited through the holidays, hoping to hear something. I never did. Even a brief portal message was unsigned and impersonal. Losing a provider I once loved and trusted is devastating. We will not be returning to this practice, and I can no longer recommend it--especially to families with young children. I'm sharing this with documentation so others can make informed decisions about their care.
