Glourified tuckshop??? One questions if the reviewer that wrote the review has set foot in the UK recently. It's all ready meals & has as such become America lite in terms of food. But if you've a longing for biscuits, or the hand that only the British can do. This is your place. Gotta say I've spend a decade in the states, where you pay twice the price for goodies that you miss. Twice the price of this place, but with a fraction of the selection. Cans of pop that I've never seen abroad. Maybe a previous reviewer will worry about my weight and/diet. No need to bother I'm a fat git. Only gripe is that the Pot Noodles (my person vice) are way over priced. Twice the price of in Blighty. Over four times the normal sale price. So alas I didn't buy any. Amazon can be my dealer. We did leave with a selection of goodies. And some real food! Yes food! Going to be back here.... read more

For English speaking expats (British or otherwise) Stone Manor is a great place to shop for groceries or uniquely British items. The ground floor is a grocery store that carries many British products (including many products from Waitrose). They had an excellent British Ale selection (found my Tetley's). There is also a freezer section with a pretty good selection. There is also a deli and they carry fresh baked good like bagels. The second floor has gift cards, toys, party supplies and other odds and ends. The third floor carries furniture. If it was closer to my home I would probably make it my go to market, but for now I will just use it to get my occasional British fix. read more

I am personally a expat (a British expat) so the British shop is a place were I don't have to worry about the language issue (my French and Dutch are terrible) because almost all the people there speak English. As for the products they sell, lots of British food selections on the ground floor. As well as the large newspaper section, were they have loads of brilliant news papers and magazines. On the second floor they have a selection of toys, puzzles and a large area for party equipment. And on the third floor they have furniture. Great shop to go to if your British because its got all the traditional food that you cant possibly find anywhere else near Brussels . The price is good ( slightly more expensive than in Britain ) its got all your festive supplies especially when Christmas comes around. Great place for chocolate and sweets. I highly recommend this amazing store. :-D read more

The tea room is a must stop in BXL. The sandwiches are delicious, especially the ham. Ploughman's lunch is overwhelming. They have a nice serving staff with unusual UK drinks on offer. read more
