His crew came in and they worked hard , and fast took a few days however they got it all cleaned. I was so impressed I hired them again to come in , clean out the neglected flower beds , re-mulch and plant flowers. I have also used him for plowing / snow removal services. One, they are excellent communicators. They let me know when they are coming, and leave a sheet explaining what they have done when they leave. Their periodic reports on seasonal issues are informative, and I find them helpful. Second, they have never pressured me regarding additional treatments. (Grub treatment, or thatching for instance). They let me know the extra treatments are available, but there has never been any pressure to use them. This is distinctly different from my last service, who seemed to call me at least once a week, and was the reason I stopped using them. So, I am a very satisfied customer.
