CP PROPERTY SERVICES is by far the BEST service I have ever received for spring clean up. I…read morecontacted the owner, Chris when I was referred via Facebook and he responded to my inquiry immediately and then went above and beyond. The quote was very reasonable and his timing was perfect! He offered to come and complete the job with less than a week's notice (to meet the timeline I needed for a small get together to celebrate my husband's birthday outside in the yard). We have used 3 other companies in the past 3 years and CP PROPERTY SERVICES was by far the best service we have ever received. The GM, Mike and his team were polite, professional, friendly and went out if their way to make sure we were happy with their service and the results of their work. Mike walked around the house and went over what he was doing and then again when the job was complete. I can tell Chris, Mike and their entire team take a lot pride in their work and that is the type of company I want to do business with. I will continue to use them for years to come!! I also want to note that the friends we had over this past weekend made several comments on how nice our yard looked. We have had neighbors also comment and ask who cleaned our yard. I am so happy and so thankful for this amazing local company. Thank you CP PROPERTY SERVICES!! Looking forward to using you again in the future!! Our yard is sparkling clean!!

If I could give less than one star, I would. I don't usually write negative reviews, but I think…read moreothers should know about my experience. I hired Gordon and Sons to mow every two weeks. At first they rescheduled several times because of weather, and I was understanding about that. After that, though, they kept not showing up without texting me. I had to reach out myself to find out if they were planning to come at all. They showed up only once, to clean up leaves and mow. They raked the leaves but left one pile in the yard instead of hauling it away. They also mowed only about three-quarters of the yard. I texted Brandon about this and after he spoke with his workers, he said it was because they "couldn't figure out how to get into" the fully fenced-in section. My response was "open the fence"... pretty self-explanatory. They said they'd come back to finish and never did. After that they kept pushing the service out with excuses, but only when I reached out asking where they were because I had noticed on my cameras they hadn't shown up. I asked for a refund. Brandon told me he had submitted it and walked me through the refund process, but it was never actually submitted. I followed up by email multiple times and texted him three times. None of the texts were ever read, so it looks like he blocked my number right after telling me the refund was on its way, which was shady in and of itself. In the "From the Business" section on Yelp they say "We take pride in or hard work and seeing the finished product at the end of the services." is laughable considering they don't complete their services, nor do they show up, do what they say they are going to do or communicate clearly. They also call themselves "a small family owned growing company" - but with service like this, I don't see how they will grow.
