The first project was in the master bathroom and things DID NOT go according to plan. The issues were mostly out of their control, but Mark, the owner, never shied away from giving updates and just being an all around communicative professional. The final result was beautiful custom vanity tops, shelving and "accent" in the shower 4 years ago. We returned to Mark when we were ready to redo the counters in the kitchen and place counters in the laundry room. I have been so happy with every job!

They've installed a granite countertop in a wet bar and a new quartz countertop and backsplash in our kitchen, and both jobs were completed to our total satisfaction in a timely manner. It was incredibly easy to work with them: the range of choices of products was excellent; the prices were most reasonable; they use the latest technology to ensure accuracy; and their craftsmanship was outstanding. In addition, we were impressed with their level of communication, inviting us to view how the grain in the quartz would look when installed in our kitchen, and keeping us posted on the progress of our job. All in all, we highly recommend Superior Marble & Granite, and look forward to working with them again on our next project.

I have hired BH Charter Oak for services such as interior painting, carpentry, wood flooring, tile work, plumbing and electricity as well as exterior work. At all times, the work was done with utmost attention to detail (in fact, I don't know of any other company who cleans up so well day after day to ensure that even during workdays the house is clean for the owners). I have mostly worked with Harry who leads the operation, and he has always been respectful, courteous and nothing short of trustworthy. He has also provided us at all times with fair prices and frankly the most value for our money from the various other contractors we have come into contact with during the years living in Greenwich CT. In short, I would say this company is one of the best in the Fairfield area and one would be challenged to find better results. I do not write many reviews but felt compelled to do so in this case.

They Started work on My kitchen February 5th and were done by February 20th and most of that time was all of us waiting for the shipments of our things to come in, which no one has control of. Efficiency and punctuality are hallmarks of their service. They did all the hard work of building a masterpiece out of scratch- our kitchen started as bare bones as it gets since it was stripped because of water damage. Their customer service is second to none. The crew was fantastic; I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. They talked to us through everything we needed to know and do, which was a life saver as we are first time homeowners, and it was the first time we had to use both a contractor and insurance. Their entire crew is not only friendly but also highly skilled. The kitchen is everything we wanted and more, as close to a dream kitchen you can imagine when paired with reality. The quality of each product they recommended was consistently outstanding, exceeding my expectations every time. They went above and beyond making sure everything was affordable and purposeful. The Pricing for their services and on every product was fair and transparent - the worth of everything being equal to the cost.
