Getting them to respond to improper work is a huge challenge. Over this winter, we had a serious problem of ice damming and water pouring into our family room, causing thousands of dollars in interior damage Rick's office staff is courteous and friendly, but that's where it ends. The owner, Rick, is a no show and his field manager is great at pretending to care. Lots of broken promises Without constant calls and continual badgering, you will get nowhere when it comes to them honoring their labor warranty. Among all of the other false assurances, we were told multiple times that they would contact GAF, the manufacturer of the roofing materials on-site inspection of their roofing job. That never happened. Here are some pictures of the water leaks and damage from last winter. Don't fall for the promises. My house was a tough job because we had cedar shingles that had sun damage on the front and a…read morepainting was overdue. I got several quotes for the job with a very wide range, which shows me some paint companies will price gouge. One person was nice but used foul language as if I were a drinking buddy and not a potential customer. One seemed incensed that I was getting multiple quotes (his was over $20K, by far the highest). And then there was Mike from 360. Mike was the most personable. Mike is not a paint scientist by any means, but he brings a paint specialist to the table to discuss options so I have no problem with that. By contrast, one of the competitive company owners does the painting himself, but he had a potty mouth and disparaged other companies. I chose to go with 360 because Mike was professional and kind and because he offered a competitive rate. I ultimately chose a semi-solid stain for my house, which proved to be not the best decision because the nature of this type of paint is that it can look different on different shingles, even if they both look the same initially. We had some ups and downs with the project (for example, we had to replace shingles due to woodpecker damage and now those shingles stand out because of the semi-transparent nature of the stain but that's not the fault of 360 Painting). They were clear upfront that the stain does show what's underneath somewhat (that's part of the charm of the semi-solid stain actually). We're happy with the result (and the new shingles should fade over time). Ultimately, Mike delivered on his company's promise to go above and beyond to deliver satisfaction. The house looks much better than before we started the job. The best endorsement I can give is next time I need painting, I will give Mike a call.

We stopped in to see Bruce on a Saturday (he is closed Sunday) and he spent an hour with us going over options. Before we left he suggest we take a piece of tile home to ensure it would work with our other items. He told me he would call me on Monday with pricing.
