They refitted the connection and left us to deal with the damage via our Home Insurance. The insurance Co. then loaded our excess to £300 for water damage. We then had another flood caused by a poorly fitted waste to the wash hand basin, which came apart allowing water to enter into the suspended ceiling below. The deafed this despite numerous calls and promise to send someone, they didn`t and I had to get a plumber to fix the leak. I would not recommend this firm to my worst enemy. The Bathroom in question was fitted last August and is still not up to scratch, the problem is now in the hands of my Solicitor, I am having things put right with the bill going to Mr Green.
