I had moved to Pleasanton and was fearful of having to find a new waxer. I decided to give it a try and I ended up with a waxer named Katie. & let me tell you, this girl is a GEM! Her professionalism is elite, and she's gentle and quick with her waxes. Something about her technique makes it pretty painless. She's very thorough and pays attention to detail which I truly appreciate! Because many times, waxers get lazy. I've been seeing Katie for almost a year now and she's really one of the best waxers I've experienced. And I've been getting waxed for over a decade now. PLUS she's very kind and sweet, the ambiance she provides when she's waxing is top tier. She matches your vibes/ preference. There's some days I want to chat and some days I don't and she catches on quickly. She's really just fantastic everyone! If you find yourself wanting to try this location, try Katie.
