The stucco took the new paint beautifully, and the trim work was masterful. I cannot say enough about how nice it was to work with Newlands Pro Painting. The team showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up when they finished. The business owner, Mr. Newlands himself, works alongside his painters daily, yet still responds to messages promptly. He even adapted his work schedule, without complaint, when the stained glass repair company needed to do their work. I highly recommend this company.

We had decided to paint our home exterior as it had been about 10 years since the last painting…read more Not knowing who to use, we used Angie's List and the Neighborhood app. In all, we probably had about 8 companies come out and give us estimates. Estimates were all over the place, but we went with the company we had the most faith in. Texas Paint Brush, owned by Will, was our pick. Will came out and listened to us about our project and what we wanted to accomplish. In the end, Will exuded sincerity and honesty and won out. He gave us suggestions on how best to accomplish what we wanted and also how we could save a little money. Will picked which one of his crews he would use on the project and it ended up being Randy Z. and Randy's wife. When they came out to start, we were really impressed with their performance and their personalities. Our house was not an easy project. The main part of the house is 2 story, while the garage and the master suite are 1 floor. Exterior walls are rock, while the gables are Hardie board. Getting to the top of the 2 story gables is about 30 feet. In addition, we have porches on both downstairs and upstairs and on both sides of the house. The post, railings, etc. are all cedar. Additional painted area included our deck and barn. Randy showed us the plan on how they would attack the project. Then they were ready to start. With a holiday falling during the time they worked on our project, it extended the project to about a week to complete. After completion, Randy walked us through all they had done. A couple of minor blemishes were noticed and taken care of immediately. Will came by the next day to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Will I use this company again? Definitely, I already told Will that we will paint the interior next year. Also, we told Will that we definitely want to use Randy and his wife on the next job:-)

I called, and after a few messages, was able to get a consult and three days of floor work scheduled and completed within ten days. Improvements they could make: 1) Better phone system... I had to leave three voicemails over three days before getting called back 2) Clean-Up included... I was unpleasantly surprised when they didn't take care of the refuse (pulled up carpet and tack boards) Valentino is very friendly and professional. I had 2 areas that had rot under the decking along with the soffit area under those areas. Alfred Trevino (Owner) and his right hand man George (carpenter) came by for an inspections identified the rotted areas, showed me, then gave me a quote that I felt was very reasonable for what was required before the roof replacement began. Once hired, he timed the work so that the carpentry was completed the day before the roofing crew came in. The crew came in and indtalked the roof in one day. They properly installed the roof addressing what was installed incorrectly by the last roofing company that replaced my roof when I first purchased this house. The workmanship actually looked good when the install was complete. Alfred worked with me in choosing color of flashing and singles.
