I signed on for a 6 month lease and then a 3 and you can also do a month to month. They are very accommodateing. Any maintenance that I needed, they always did very quickly. Also, the price, for Brenham, is pretty reasonable. They also have a pool and allow pets. The only thing I wish they had was a fitness center. I really miss that in all the other apartments I've had. A one-star review is unfathomable to me. You have to ask if that former tenant has some sort of axe to grind. I've never heard a single complaint from any of my neighbours and I'm glad he no longer lives here. Mike strives to keep the complex safe for his tenants. If there's a car that doesn't belong in the parking lot, I don't want it there either. He upfront, reasonable and no-nonsense, which I greatly appreciate. I feel incredibly safe at Heritage Place, which is incredibly important to me. The landlord is also very responsive if there's any issue. He is available via text and he has addressed problems literally within 10 minutes (even late on a Saturday night). Good luck getting something fixed in a timely manner at one of those big overpriced apartment complexes. The complex itself is small and cozy. I've never had an issue with noise. The outdoor seating area is quaint and well-kept. The price of rent is far less expensive than other apartments I researched in Brenham and the apartments themselves are all the space I need. Not only are they great apartments, but all my neighbors are very friendly who know me by name. As a bonus, it's literally a two-minute drive to all the major stores (H-E-B, Walmart, etc.) Honestly, you'll be hard-pressed to find a better landlord and apartment in Brenham.

She always stayed on top of date of delivery and follow up after installation. Plantation Shuters are very excellent quality and look so terrific in my home. I have gotten many compliments and price was cheaper than competitors. Only negative is that it takes 6-8 weeks before getting them installed, due to being manufacturers to fit each window properly.
