It's really disappointing the see these fine apartments go down in value. Management is inexperienced in knowing how to manage issues with unsatisfied tenants. She's too young to be able to keep her personal feelings out of the situation.

I signed on for a 6 month lease and then a 3 and you can also do a month to month. They are very accommodateing. Any maintenance that I needed, they always did very quickly. Also, the price, for Brenham, is pretty reasonable. They also have a pool and allow pets. The only thing I wish they had was a fitness center. I really miss that in all the other apartments I've had.
