Where to start... I've lived in several apartments, mostly while in college, but none were ever as…read morebad as this one. 1. We had to have our bathtub resurfaced at least four times while living here because they hire poor contractors that do not do their job correctly so, as shown in the pictures, after a few weeks the bathtub starts peeling again. Then when notified of the issue they tried to tell us that it was our fault until about the forth time when they realized it wasn't being done correctly yet they still have the same people working on it. Not to mention that one of the times our bathtub was to be resurfaced the contractors showed up at our apartment, and others, well after 8pm. 2.None of the windows in our apartment were sealed correctly and when notified of this problem they did nothing about it so when we got any kind of heavy rain our apartment flooded with rain coming in through to windows (I have videos but they are too large in size to upload). I tried calling them in hopes someone would come out to address this problems but was told that it was "a horrific rain" and I should just "take out the towels" which as you can see in the photos, I used every towel we owned and the water was still spreading. 3.The pool that we pay to use is hardly ever open, which they blamed on COVID. When they said they were going to open it up, they changed their hours so the pool was only open during office hours so if you worked until 5 like me, you never got to enjoy it. 4. If you want to go by during office hours, I'd make sure you call them first because they are hardly ever there when they say they will be. They will show up late and take longer lunches while also leaving early some days. The property manager is highly unprofessional and refuses to take responsibility for anything even when notified of problems directly. Not to mention the fact that to resident assistant working the front desk is high the majority of the time she is there. 5. The apartments are also very poorly insulated so be prepared to pay outrageous electric bills in the summer and winter months while trying to keep your house cool/warm. This also means that should you have neighbors that smoke weed, which the majority of people living here do from what I've seen (I've even seen many people smoking weed on their patios with no repercussions even after notifying the property manager), you will be forced to deal with the smell as it seeps in through the walls. They try to make these apartments look so much nicer than they are but please do NOT waste your hard earned money on such a poorly managed, overpriced apartment where they could care less about their tenants.

Over this past year we have been to Kruse Village to visit our special lady so many times, the most recent visit being today on 3/30/2019 & I still give kudos to the staff of Kruse Village for the extra effort that goes into making Kruse Village more comfortable for the residents. During Christmas time a huge and very beautifully decorated tree was put up & I really like the activity calendar that has all the activities scheduled weekly for the residents..chapel, bingo, dominoes, and craft making just to name a few. -Rebecca out

Some of the staff was nice to my father however they have unofficial seating for meals. He had a…read moretable where he was able to talk to people until a new person came to live there. The person in charge of dining room gave his place at the table to her and put him at a table where he was totally alone. This never changed and he quit going to dining. No one ever asked him why, no one cared. He spent most of his day in his room, staff and management could have cared less as they were getting their money. Also meals were overcooked to the point that the meat couldn't be cut with a knife and some meals that were supposed to be hot were served cold. I spoke with the manager who was supposed to talk to my father. What a joke that was the man never did so he's not much at keeping his word to make sure all residents are happy. Worse place ever, glad my dad moved. If anyone is considering them for a relative I recommend they look elsewhere.
