I have known Erin Maxey Wilhite for a number of years and recently had the pleasure of working with…read moreher when I decided to put my home on the market and pursue a change of scenery. My dictate to Erin was to get me out of my house as soon as possible and find something historic, with original features, and outside of College Station. Well, she did just that! Erin walked through my house and recommended several changes/ improvements which I actioned within the week. The "For Sale" sign went up on Friday, and through various outreach conducted by Erin, I had a pretty full weekend of showings and by Monday evening, 3 offers! She even kept my 2 cats through the weekend so the showings would be "pet free"!! And now I am living in a home built in the 1920's at the end of historic Main Street in Downtown Brenham. I love it! The perfect house, yard, and location. All the more important as I work from home! And although somewhat new to real estate, Erin has proved rather prolific which I attribute to her dedication to client servicing, responsiveness, quality of work, and overall professionalism. In short, Erin treated me as though I was her sole client, and in turn, I got what I wanted and am confident you will have the same experience!

Ms. Blockuhvich knew that my accounts were in good standing with good credit, so naturally, I asked for a lower rate from 7 1/2 to 4 percent; she agreed after speaking to her 'board'! After eleven months of saying yes, but I have been so busy, or out of town, etc., the closing date for the new lower rate never happened. So I paid off my loan and gave her the option to reimburse me the eleven months that she promised at the lower rate of 3 1/2 percent or risk me moving all of my money and accounts out of Chappell Hill Bank. She excused herself to go and talk to her 'BOARD' and came back and said, we won't honor our word and will not pay you the 11,000 dollars. I told her my business was over here, and within two business, days I moved the bulk of my funds out. If you can't trust your banker at their word, then you can trust them at all--end of the story. Over this past year we have been to Kruse Village to visit our special lady so many times, the most recent visit being today on 3/30/2019 & I still give kudos to the staff of Kruse Village for the extra effort that goes into making Kruse Village more comfortable for the residents. The person in charge of dining room gave his place at the table to her and put him at a table where he was totally alone. This never changed and he quit going to dining. No one ever asked him why, no one cared. He spent most of his day in his room, staff and management could have cared less as they were getting their money. Also meals were overcooked to the point that the meat couldn't be cut with a knife and some meals that were supposed to be hot were served cold. I spoke with the manager who was supposed to talk to my father. What a joke that was the man never did so he's not much at keeping his word to make sure all residents are happy.
