His expertise is so much more than just landscaping. Initially, we hired him to remove old junk/trash from properties and clean up front and back yard landscapes. After working with him on several jobs, we learned that he is also a very skilled contractor/handyman. He has completed countless rehab projects for us, including flooring (tile, vinyl, carpet), shower and bathroom repairs, door installation, painting, plumbing, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and more. He is friendly, professional, honest, with reasonable pricing, and all jobs have been completed in a timely manner. We will continue to use him for future projects and I highly recommend Perea's Landscaping for any home improvements or repairs."
