The church appears to have extensive facilities and staff volunteers for the kids' program and a vibrant program of activities for men, women, kids, seniors, etc. Easy to find with available parking. Huge main church room with great music amplification, lighting, and AV equipment. There's also a sort of fellowship hall/coffee room for post-service meet and greets, but we didn't stay for that part. Since this was a special presentation and service, I am not too aware of the specific focus or views of this church, pastor, and elders. They partner with the Auburn food bank, Chinook Elementary Schools, The city Parks and Rec. department for food drives, and periodic work days and renovations. This is a congregation that lives according to the scripture. People are human, and because their love is put into action for everyone, there's no hidden biases. They don't enable you in your mess. I spent a long time looking for a church that was God centered and rightly guided and frankly while no church is perfect, this church was perfect for us. We help out with sound, lights and projection on the odd Sunday or we sit in the second row, feel free to come and visit and find my husband and I. I would love to do church with you and introduce you to my pastors Andy, Brian and Abel, who are some of the best spiritual leaders I have had the pleasure of meeting. If you want a church that is perfect, has all the best people, only sings the songs you like and gives sermons that won't offend you or challenge you then this is not the place for you.... His wife helped with the children's service, where my 6yo son earned Bible bucks and played air hockey. Worship was not showy or loud. All the more reason to give glory to God and not the worship team. (We used to go to Mars Hill and we wish Marc and his family well. I learned a lot while I was there.
