I know they "renovated" their apartments and maybe wanted to try and get new feedback but seeing the reviews are still the same from the new residents. But my situation is 100% worth sharing and knowing before you rent out from a money hungry disgusting place such as this one. I lived here for two years and had problems with maintenance they never were able to fix my dryer which needed constant repairs because the complex didn't want to just replace it. So In turn instead of them saving us both the headache I instead had many clothes ruined. The main issue I had with this complex was they had someone from a sister apartment in the area working the day we were applying (lucky meee) who didn't know what they were talking about. This woman said we would be putting a refundable deposit down, sweet no problem. Two years later we are smacked with a bill over $1,000 in repairs for an apartment mind you they were renovating anyway. So they said they needed to replace the carpet which I said to them, "1. Wouldn't you replace it anyway since you're renovating? And 2. Where's the security deposit we put down to pay for this?" Get this get this, turns out! The security deposit wasn't a refundable deposit and they couldn't tell me what it was. Anyway, there are much much better places to rent in the area. Don't give a penny to these greedy people. And enclave don't delete my review again unless you plan on refunding me my $1,000.

I interviewed many roofing companies and decided on Revolution for several reasons. First and foremost, Andrew and his team discovered issues with my roof that other roofing companies had failed to point out. I had a drainage issue with an almost completely flat portion of the roof. Andrew and his team came up with a solution that will prevent pooling and drainage issues in the future. Second, Andrew was quick to respond to questions and gather answers and information necessary for me to make an informed decision. Other companies failed to respond in a timely manner, if at all. Third, Andrew and the team took time to come out and visit the house several times prior to replacement, take pictures, have meetings formulating a plan, and developing a solution for a roof that will last for decades. Once the replacement began, the team started early and worked late, to ensure the process moved quickly. Each night the roof was secured to protect from any possible rain that might occur through the evening. They were in constant contact with me, either by call or text, sharing pictures, to inform me of situations they found as they uncovered the old roof, and offered different solutions for my opinion on how to correct them. As the job came to a close, the team quickly cleaned up all debris. Andrew made a site visit once the crew had left and spent time looking for any nails or materials that may have been missed. If you are in need of a roof repair or replacement, I strongly encourage you to contact Revolution Roofing. You will not be disappointed.

We hired this company to renovate a small 9ft X 5ft bathroom in our Eastwood home on October 6 and can you guess when the work was completed? NEVER! That's right, this company began work, completed about 1/2 of the job and walked away never to be seen or heard from again. We had to hire another company to complete the job. If you decide not to read on, at least you have the knowledge that you could have a similar experience with General Global Services's Jorge and Elsie Quintero. If you would like more details, please read on. After collecting 75% of the money upfront, they started out strong with demolition on Oct 9, intense pressure to pick the tile, flooring vanity, trim, paint, etc which I went along with in hopes that the bathroom would be completed soon but things began to go downhill after that first week. Jorge would show up 1-2 days a week, we never knew when and then we did not see him for a few weeks. I advised Jorge that we had guests coming for Thanksgiving, never really thinking that this job would take that long. On Oct 31, 2023 we were told that they needed to "close out the books" and needed $1000. Three weeks in and the job was not completed at that time and in retrospect we should not have given them any more money, but we did. Jorge worked 2-3 days in the month of November on our bathroom with his last day being the day before Thanksgiving. He promised he would return the following week to finish and that was the last we ever saw or heard from them. WE WERE GHOSTED. We had a working toilet and a sort of working vanity but the shower was not complete. We were 6 weeks in at that point. Neither member of this husband-and-wife team ever bothered to return our calls and at that point in addition to the work not being done they actually owed us money! We had to hire another company to finish his work which included chipped, peeling paint, holes in the grout, sloppy caulking and the hot and cold water in the vanity was installed backwards. He also installed chipped tiles in the bathroom which he did replace when requested. Overall, this was a lousy experience that I feel I must share with you. This has been my experience. Let me save you the trouble of doing all that research - Phil White Painting is highly experienced. They are perfectionists, excellent communicators, organize the job very well, and go the extra mile to please the customer. They know their paint and made recommendations about product level and brand that in their experience, works best in the central Florida climate. Attention to detail is everything in painting. For example, they did a superb job navigating the line between the stucco soffits (dark brown) and the body color (creamy white) - the stucco texture on both surface required extra focus and precision, and the line is perfect all the way around the house. They also did, at no extra charge, some selected stucco patching to hide a previous repair line and minor flaws, and used two, and in some spots, three coats of paint to ensure a seamless, flawless finish. Throughout the job, they communicated frequently, confirmed our wishes, and the entire crew was friendly and helpful. We did a complete walkthrough upon completion, and we were extremely happy with the finished result! Let me not forget to mention that the price was fair and reasonable. So just call them, and leave your worry at the door. I will be reaching out to Phil white Painting again in the future for interior painting and paver cleaning and sealing.
