The have women's wear, men's wear and children's wear as well as selling electricals, cards, gifts, bags, etc. It is quite reasonably priced and it's nice to be in a department store that isn't part of a chain.

I don't really understand a shop that is exclusive to one brand. Obviously, something works because they are still in business. I'm not sure that having Sony is always the best anymore, and if the similar product is somewhat les expensive? They do have some interesting gagets, and it's a good place to watch some TV if it's raining!

The staff in the shop a friendly, helpful and very knowledgable about the products they sell. The prices are not too bad but not competitive with the large chain electrical shops although I think it is always worth trying to support local small businesses so they keep going.

The staff are knowledgeable and helpful - I know from personal experience that they don't try to sell you stuff that isn't suitable for what you want, and will direct you to where you can get what you need.
