They were both prompt and courteous with all communications. When a problem did arise regarding sourcing stock for the power supply needed for the switch box they kept me in the loop at all times and even offered to ship the two items separately or have the power supply shipped from their supplier direct to me. When I was able to source a power supply locally they happily shipped the switch box and refunded me the cost of the power supply. The did not complain, delay or give excuses and were at all times professional and willing to help. I can fully recommend them and would buy from them again.

They charge very fairly, the job was to fix my fan and it was done in less than 24hrs and my laptop now works like a dream. I had a secondary, completely separate problem which they diagnosed and sorted for free, despite it taking an hour of their time. They went above and beyond basically servicing my laptop for nothing and just going the extra mile to help me out. My laptop is super old, used and abused and most "chain/branded" places would have written it off or ripped me off, but this small independent company helped in any way they could. It's a standard very much lost these days and so I cannot express how happy it has made me that they were so great.

Although it's laid out in categories, I find that that my logic doesn't necessarily follow theirs, and I have wandered around almost aimlessly. It can also be hard to find a member of staff to help you. This aside, they do have a vast selection of goods and their sales are good. Everything from washing machines to radios, irons to vacuum cleaners. If you know what it is you want, go here. If you're not certain, try to do some research first. The staff do try to get you to buy a higher spec than you need. I hardly go in here now.

I knew what I needed and with a little bit of persuasion they even gave me a few extras. The staff were really helpful and listened to what I was saying. Prices seem to be very competitive especially for anything I have bought or looked at in there and with its large car park it makes the whole experience of shopping there so much easier.
