Then I drove past this place on my way into town and spotted the sign, and I popped in for a chat. I can tell you now, these guys are really helpfull and know their stuff! I was happy to book my van in with them as they had done lots of these types of vans and gave me some ideas that I hadnt thought of. Their service was excellent, fitting was top quality and would highly recommend. They do all types of car radios, hands free kits, DVD players and sat nav systems and have a workshop and show room. Popped into the store today as I wanted to switch my network to O2 and was interested in a couple…read moreof different phones. We were greeted by a very bubbly girl (didn't catch her name sadly) who was very welcoming and got us queued up to speak to a sales colleague, we had a bit of a chat about phones and their rival companies just to have a laugh. My partner and I were then joined by Kieran, who was very knowledgeable about one of the devices I was interested in and was able to recommend it over the other due to my requirements. He walked me through the contract thoroughly and explained how their plans work as it was a little different to what I was used to. We then decided to actually take out 2 contracts as the prices were very competitive and we were happy with the service so far. We ended up going for a Samsung S21 ultra and a Plus model. Being a little pressed for time as I was running out of parking, Kieran did his absolute best to cover everything necessary as quickly as possible and didn't push any extra sales that he knew I wouldn't want (very customer-first attitude! Kudos!) This was then made an even better experience by Conor who swooped in to get our phone content transferred whilst we finished up the contracts with Kieran so that I could get back to the car in time. All in all, FANTASTIC service by everyone I spoke to, SERIOUSLY competitive prices and two VERY happy customers! Thank you all for a great experience and I am sure we will see you again when our contracts are over for an upgrade!

The young man I saw was very helpful and got the problem sorted out in no time. He also set up my new contract as my old one had just expired! I did explain I wasn't very good with phones even the simple ones! I am very happy with the service I received.
