I flew into MSP in a redeye and was tired and hungry. Stone Arch had a decent rating and I was out front at 6am. I am enjoying a very nice omelette with grilled mushrooms, onions, sausage and cheese. They even ask if you want the mushrooms, onions, and cheese in the hash browns. It's good, consider trying it. Even better is the staff. Good manning and they have perfectly solid coverage. I see 4 ladies behind the bar and I'm going to say they are taking care of everyone in here as well as I have ever experienced. Thank you for the good food and great service. read more

Must stop before getting on plane, amazing array of local craft microbrew, enjoyed Surly-Todd the Axe Man-IPA (IBU 65 somehow tasty as IBU 35), other labels I never knew before (Lake Monster, Insight, Indeed-Paradeiss, Sociable, Burning Brothers, Bent Paddle, Grain Belt..) I will definitely try Juicy Lucy Burger, Chipotle Coated Pretzel Sticks, Ellsworth Cheese Curds, and creamy chicken & wild rice soup. ( BTW, MN wild rice is actually grass, not rice) read more

Pretty tough experience. Food quality mediocre at best. We actually used to enjoy coming to the airport to eat, but seriously thinking to just grab McDonalds on the way to the airport. read more

Great service, they got their sh#t together. Moana was great - fast and the food is solid. Ran my card right away so was able to jet right after finished with my food. Thanks for doing it right at the airport! read more

Stopped here because I had a 4 hour layover, unfortunately I was traveling with my family so I couldn't drink. I looked over their beer menu and I just thought it was interesting to see the different types of beer they have on their beer menu. My waitress was sweet. She checked up on us and handled other tables in a timely manner. Now for the food, I got the grilled cheese with fries. Waitress said she didn't like the coleslaw so I didn't want to take the chance I wouldn't like it either. My food was so good! Grilled mushrooms on a grilled cheese, who would've know! I give this place a 4 star because my family originally wanted burgers but were appalled with the "50 cent per topping" rule. Other than that, the food was good and my waitress was sweet. read more

I don't get it. I think the reviews are higher than they should be. Good beer selection here but do not, please do not come here for the food. Family of four. My breakfast sandwich was bland, not well prepared and seemed to be assembled by a child. Wife had a Cobb salad. Ingredients were sad, low quality lunch meat, blah dressing, croutons had to be from an out of date box and all around poor job. Daughter got the beer cheese. It was thin, cold and had the consistency if spackling paste. Was supposed to come with big homemade croutons, no bread to be found. Asked for croutons, sliced wet bread was introduced. Daughter not happy. Son ordered the cheeseburger. Small, bland, looked like it came off the kids menu at a chain. It was really an amazing experience to have four out of four meals so poorly executed. Just get Wendy's and come here for some beers. read more

So very few airport restaurants impress. We love a good local restaurant and not being able to leave the airport, we found a great scratch kitchens with all locally sourced beer right here! Food was excellent - the effort shows. Wonderful casual fare that reflects the region with price. And the staff with personality made it real. read more

Typical airport food, it's decent. Good service and good people watching. Would eat here again if I come back to MN.

Stopped in between flights and was very impressed. Ellie, our server was amazing. Super friendly, super helpful and attentive. Something you never find in an airport restaurant. I had the BYO burger with everything on it and it was really good, cooked perfectly and tasted great. The fries were a little over cooked, almost burnt but oh well. My wife had the chicken and rice which she also loved. I'd stop for sure if ever in MSP again. read more

The food is absolutely amazing!! In the morning, definitely go for breakfast if you want a good meal before your flight!

I've never had breakfast here. Lunches and appetizers with beers were good but it's been a couple years since I've eaten here. Omelet look more pre-fab and artificial than than one that I had at a Hampton the next day. And the hash browns were just a small square of crunch and salt. Very disappointed. I won't be back read more

Stopped by this new restaurant a couple of weeks ago as I was leaving town on business. Had little while to kill before my flight and wanted a beer and some food. Grabbed a couple of local beers that were quite good. Stone Arch has a good selection of local beers which is really nice when you're in the airport. Had a bluegill sandwich since I thought it sounded interesting and very local. It was ok. The idea was very good and the fish itself was pretty good. It was too heavily breaded though. There was a very heavy breading on the fish and then it came on a bun. So.. the sandwich was 95% bread, 5% fish. If the ratio was brought into better balance, I think the sandwich would have been quite good. Neat place to stop and grab a bite and a beer. I think next time I'm sticking with the burger. read more

I'm a MN girl and I love all things MN beer- this place is my jam. I came a little early for a beer (I was there at 9:00 a.m.) so I decided to just get an orange juice with my breakfast. I was so happy when I saw a breakfast sandwich with SPAM on the menu! I didn't bother looking at my other options- I knew I needed it. The sandwich itself was good (I'm a SPAM lover). The hashbrowns it came with were not cooked long enough and were kind of limp and sad. It was a great stop before heading out of MSP for the week! read more

Stone Arch - Such a good use of SPAM. Such sad hash browns. - American Near Me - St Paul, Minnesota

This is a nice find in the airport. I was excited to see they had a dark beer on the menu. I ordered a porter beer and then got inspired to order a harvest salad as it was walking by the bar where I was sitting. The bartender was attentive and got my ordered filled pretty quickly. I am sure I could/would have drank more if my flight was not leaving soon. Definitely a nice place to grab a beer, watch a game, and get something healthier to eat while waiting at the airport. I didn't rate it higher because it obviously would not be my first choice if given a better option but I must admit its the best option at this airport as far as I saw. Will definitely come back if I am stuck for a few hours or if my flight is delayed at this airport in the future. read more

I was craving a burger so this place looked pretty good. Matt was my server, he rocked! He suggested the cheese curds which were delicious (definitely enough for 2-3 people) and the stone arch cheeseburger which was incredible. Solid selection of craft beers and a huge bar! read more

tremendous food while waiting for a flight. Beer selection awesome too. Tasha the waitress was incredibly efficient, friendly and made this a great choice to dine at in between flights! read more

Service was awesome, IPAs were on point, kimchi burger was amazing. Can't say enough!

Chad is a great server and the beer selection is fantastic

For airplane food, probably a 4 or so, really! Nice selection of microbrews, but they're all $9 for a regular pint glass. Husband thought burger was tasty, my fried chicken sandwich was crisp, if greasy. Lukewarm fries, but quick service on a Monday afternoon. read more

Stone Arch - Lots of interesting microbrews, but all $9 for a regular sized pint glass. Ok, there's one for $8. Wonder what's wrong with that one. - American Near Me - St Paul, Minnesota

Stopped here on our layover for dinner. It was fabulous. Everyone working was so cheerful and welcoming! If I lived here, I would get to the airport early every time I travelled just to stop here for dinner and a margarita. Too bad I can't give it 12 stars! read more

This place is totally solid. Way better than most airport food. I had a delicious cheesesteak, but the burgers looked good too.

I ordered the Blackened Salmon dinner to go and ate it at the gate before my flight left. The food was delicious and it was a large portion. It came with delicious roasted green beans and roasted potatoes. Everything including the service from Lindsay. She was very nice even though I was not eating in. I gave her a good tip even though I got it to go. read more

Awful service. From the time we sat down to the time we got our food it was roughly 1 hour. We ordered eggs and toast and it should have been ready within at least 10 minutes. The server wouldn't stop by our table unless we asked her to. Definitely not worth $12 for bacon and eggs. We fly into MSP at least once a month and I will be finding other restaurants to patronize. read more

I'm usually rushing to get to my gate and never really have time sit down and eat at the airport; I also never thought I was missing much. However, I may need to start making an effort to get to the airport a little earlier, because if there's more food like this in airports than it's worth it. What mainly drew me in was I saw someone else eating a sandwich here as I passed by and after a quick check on Yelp, I was ordering the same thing. I ordered the Ruben and the flavor or the slaw was amazing not too sweet and not too mayo tasting. It was a perfect complement to the meat that was lean and not fatty. The fries were also a nice complement, they were crispy and seasoned well. Also, the service was very quick, but not rushed. If I ever find myself flying back here I will for sure stop by. Lol, I may even pick flights with layovers here just to eat that sandwich again. read more

Stone Arch sits just inside one of the two largest security entrances at MSP, so it is a perfect spot to grab a meal before your flight. I've had one meal there, and one to go thus far. I like the vibe, it is spacious (for an airport) with plenty of bar seating and lots of high and low tables as well. My first meal was a burger and fries. I often get burgers at airports because I feel they tend to me more made to order, therefore much better. It was just ok. My second meal was a salad to go. I asked for a few variations which they accommodated, but they brought me my to go salad with a greasy cover, and the side of dressing was ready to spill at the cover was crushed and half off. Thankfully I checked, noticed and cleaned it up before I left, but this was very irritating. I will give Stone Arch another try for a meal there, to see what else they have to offer. I want to really like this place as the location is great, and near my gates. read more

I've been all around the world in airports and not only is the food VERY good, the portions are large and the service is FANTASTIC. I had the (3 segment) wings and a dinner salad. WOW, more than a dinner and some of the best wings I've had and they were baked, not deep fried. You have to try this on your way through MSP. BTW, the service was fast and the food was fresh ! read more

Maybe the rest of their menu is well-prepared but the breakfast was terrible. The omelet was a dry consistency I've never seen in eggs. I rather wonder if they were powdered or something. The hash browns were greasy. The service was quite slow, which is not what one expects in an airport. read more

We stopped at Stone Arch to get a quick breakfast in before our flight. They had a small but decent breakfast menu, and we ended up ordering the french toast and the egg sandwich. We were both happy with our meals and I would say that the food is a solid 3/5. The reason for the two stars is based off of service. It wasn't bad, just extremely slow. Our food took a decent around of time, then we had to track our waitress down for the check. This may not have been such a big deal if this wasn't at a restaurant at an airport when everyone has a plane to catch. read more

The decor is what caught my attention. Felt local and in part was with a pretty robust local beer selection. Service was fast and bartenders were friendly. My meatloaf was pretty bland though. The meat itself could have used some additional herbs, green onion or something. The bacon around the rim of the meatloaf slice and BBQ ketchup on the plate just weren't enough. The mashed potatoes tasted more like sour cream than potato in addition to being cold. Highlight of the meal was actually the grilled green beans. They were delicious and not every salted. read more

I had a burger with Swiss and their fries. Just amazing. Super fluffy bun with crispy grilled edges served on a little plate the exact size of the burger, superbly cooked burger, not what you'd expect from a humble airport burger joint, but they're bringing their absolute A game. I don't recommend the raspberry honey ale though. read more

Fantastic no nonsense breakfast. But the highlight of our morning was Moni. Loved her service. She made our day.

Got the juicy Lucy and the egg bacon burger. The portion is very small. As a MN native, the juicy Lucy was sad. I don't believe there was any cheese inside. Burger buns were hard and very dense. $10 mimosas, overall it's an ok place. Service was good. Vibes are good with great beer selection: read more
