He clearly wanted my business and had been in his field for a long time. He knew his stuff. He was also very personable and it was clear he was an honest man. I mentioned some other items around my home I was looking to get fixed, such as painting two exterior doors, pressure washing the house, front walk, and an out building, deck repairs, and repairs to the siding of the home. Ric left, prepared me an electronic estimate with all items delineated, I signed the agreement, placed the deposit, and we were off! My mom lives in the home. She is elderly and can be a handful.
