We bought a stroller and after the first weekend of use the connection of both front wheels to the stroller broke (it was made of cheap plastic). We came back to return it and what followed was a prime example of rudeness and awful customer support.
First, we were told that we would have to pay for the repair (!!). Then, the manager said, by just looking at it, that it was our fault that it got broken because we were forcing the wheels in. Other than the fact that she could not know that this is what happened, in fact she was wrong since it broke in a completely different circumstance.
At the end, they gave us an inferior model to use while we wait for ours to get "fixed", since we can't obtain a refund but just get the broken part of the crappy stroller changed.
In the 30m while we were waiting for this to take place we saw another customer with a defective product hear that it was also her fault that the quality is bad.
Indeed, it was all our fault for buying at this store.
