It feels like it goes back room after room. Be careful because when you turn around, you might knock something over! It appears that most of the toys are used. I think it didn't help that my friend was looking for a new toy, preferably made in Germany. The toys were from everywhere, including from the US. There are some throwback toys, that was fun to see. The nostalgia factor is definitely present and make sure you have the time to explore. It is like taking a trip through time. And make sure you have time when you come by this toy store.

Not only was she aggressive when I asked her a question she did not understand she also yield at my 2 year old daughter who was playing with two animal toys she was actually going to buy. If you don't want to be in this kind of situation, stay away from this Toys'R Us. We bought a stroller and after the first weekend of use the connection of both front wheels to the stroller broke (it was made of cheap plastic). We came back to return it and what followed was a prime example of rudeness and awful customer support. First, we were told that we would have to pay for the repair (!!). Then, the manager said, by just looking at it, that it was our fault that it got broken because we were forcing the wheels in. Other than the fact that she could not know that this is what happened, in fact she was wrong since it broke in a completely different circumstance. At the end, they gave us an inferior model to use while we wait for ours to get "fixed", since we can't obtain a refund but just get the broken part of the crappy stroller changed. In the 30m while we were waiting for this to take place we saw another customer with a defective product hear that it was also her fault that the quality is bad. Indeed, it was all our fault for buying at this store.

Both were reasonably priced and good quality pieces. There were also train sets, beautiful dress up outfits, puppets, stationary, infant toys, lunchboxes, boxed pull toys... the owner must have thought I was insane since I kept pacing through every corner unable to decide. Thank you for making a little girl probably pretty happy when I get home with her surprise!!
