Every subcontractor did beautiful work - the tile company and shower door company in particular. The bathrooms are fantastic and have been rescued from 1987. Martha was our Project Manager and she was above-and-beyond outstanding! Very communicative and listened to our concerns over some details - all of which were addressed immediately. She was on-site during active work 95% of the time. The other 5%, she called. Martha was never unreachable and it made us feel way less stressed. Beginning to end was pretty quick and painless - maybe 8 weeks, tops.

The project manager Mike and the decking crew led by Lupe that rebuilt and extended our deck did a great job. They need to improve the communication between the sales side and the project manager. I would suggest a meeting with the construction manager, project manager and the home owner to make sure all are the same page right up front. The project was done in a week, including the Saturday before Memorial Day to make our deck usable. I would recommend them for a new or rebuilt deck.

Gerardo Diaz is a scammer he scammed money from me for remodeling my kitchen and asked me an…read moreadvance of several thousand dollars with the assurance that he will fix the kitchen within two week, as soon as he took money he promised to come back on certain date but did not show up when I called him no response, after several days of calling him one day he answered the phone and said I have been hospitalized, I had this and I had that so many excuses he made, then he said he will do my closets I let him do because he owed money to me but he did not even know how to put shelves in the closet looks like he does not know work but he is good at scamming money from older people he always says others' work as"garbage" and tries to impress people by pretending that he is an expert so that he ca scam money in advance, never be a victim of him if he some how comes in your contact i will not recommend him for any household work. it has been two and a half months he left me burned up and now he delivered the kitchen cabinets which were not what we ordered initially and now he does not even return the calls I have hired another person to order more cabinets and then installation will take place so be careful about these types of cammers

We were impressed with the work, his friendliness and sense of humor and we felt that he was a trustworthy person. On October 1, 2019, as the work was near completion, Jerry approached us and asked for a loan for an upcoming medical procedure. He said that he would be paying for it out-of-pocket since he didn't have medical insurance. He said he had saved most of the amount that he needed but still needed $5,700.00. We did loan him the money since we felt concerned for his health and felt that we could trust him to pay us back. He said that he would pay us after the first of the year. By mid-January we had not heard from him so my husband called him. There have been several phone calls from us with Jerry promising to come by (and hopefully pay us.) When we finally got him to come by he promised he would pay us on February 28th. He came by that day and wrote us a check and asked us not to cash it until Monday, March 2nd. We decided to go to his bank and cash the check because we frankly didn't trust that he had the money in his account. We were right and the check would not clear. At this point we feel that we have been conned, cheated and taken advantage of and would very much like to be repaid and put this whole situation to rest. Our bank advised us turn the matter over to the police and that because of the amount it would be considered a felony. We fee that not only is this a poor business practice to come into a customer's home and tell them a story that may or may not be true but wonder if he is doing this to other people.
